McCain Praises Palin’s National Security Record

embeds.blogs.foxnews.com — The McCain-Palin campaign says the largest crowd that the GOP nominee has ever seen turned up today at a park outside of Washington, DC. The Fairfax Fire Department told Fox News there were between 15 and 16,000 supporters in attendance.

    The massive crowd was much more enthusiastic when Sarah Palin spoke and when she took the stage, but the audience was still very responsive to the top of the ticket.

    Flanked by her husband Todd, Palin said the GOP ticket is going to win Virginia, “We are so excited to be here. We also recognize that it is going to be a real hard fought contest here in Virginia, but John McCain and I are ready and with your help we will win!”

    Palin is staying completely on message. Her stump today was word for word to the speeches she gave at their two rallies yesterday. It was exactly the same language and order –a slightly reconfigured version of the speech she gave at the Republican National Convention
