- inactive, on 07/13/2008, -18/+197Be afraid people.
- spriggig, on 07/13/2008, -8/+150Without a direct understanding of the internet, he could be easily led astray by "advisors" (corporate shills) regarding internet regulation. So it is an important issue to me at least.
- AddiX, on 07/13/2008, -2/+116maybe when can catch his reaction to 2 girls 1 cup?
- richmomz, on 07/13/2008, -8/+117He's admitted that he doesn't know jack about economics either. In fact, it's not very clear what experience, ANY experience, he is bringing to the table as a viable presidential candidate. How this guy ever became a presidential frontrunner, I have no idea.
- 00z003, on 07/13/2008, -6/+96You mean I can get on this thing and pretend like I'm a 15 year old girl?
- Carv, on 07/13/2008, -2/+81McCain followed his first internet experience by adding, "Why does everyone here hate me?"
- kevman459, on 07/13/2008, -3/+78"From what my top advisors tell me, the Internet is a series of tubes, and those tubes are getting clogged."
- ichbeineinrcg, on 07/13/2008, -1/+69Tell him it's a documentary about the federal school lunch program.
- CatsAreGods, on 07/14/2008, -6/+66No computer skills = too dumb to be president.
- BabushkaBlue, on 07/13/2008, -4/+65I heard he recently started watching "the cables" too.
- moolcool, on 07/14/2008, -1/+47Operation Rickroll McCain is GO!
- convergent, on 07/14/2008, -0/+45Your girlfriend is 90 years old?
- GregIsLegend, on 07/13/2008, -3/+45You don't have to understand the economy to know how to run it!...
Oh wait... - vw2005, on 07/14/2008, -2/+42McCain's 'I'm not too familiar' list...
1. Economics
2. Computers
3. .... Modern Humanity?
It still baffles me how he made it as far as he has .......................... oh wait, the whole P.O.W thing. - cl2yp71c, on 07/13/2008, -3/+43I wonder if he's aware of the gas prices as well.
- uptown, on 07/14/2008, -1/+36No worries. I sent McCain links to "2 Girls One Cup" and "TubGirl" to get him up to speed.
- thentro, on 07/14/2008, -1/+36is AOL and the internet the same thing?
- inactive, on 07/14/2008, -3/+36Even Bush knows how to check his email. Hell, he told us a while ago he misses being able to keep in touch with family and colleagues via email like he did when he was a governor because of all the security related issues being president. McCain is totally out of touch. My grandparents are 90 years old and my girlfriends too, and even they don't have issues popping on the mac and fetching email and hitting up news sites. No McCain, not knowing how to use a modern PC to get email or check up on the weather doesn't make you a good ol boy, it makes you a total dumbass.
- spriggig, on 07/13/2008, -5/+36Obama is a Mac user and is addicted to his blackberry.
- T8erT0T, on 07/14/2008, -2/+31In other news, John McCain has recently been swindled of his wife's fortune by a suspicious Nigerian prince claiming to have cancer. He has been eagerly waiting for his wire transfer for the last 72 hours.
- inactive, on 07/14/2008, -1/+28Wow... they've got the Internet on computers now?
- denizen42, on 07/14/2008, -1/+28If this was 1789 it'd be okay, but not knowing computers today is like washington had never seen a horse.
- inactive, on 07/14/2008, -0/+26 You're absolutely right. And, you should look into dating some younger women.
- digifreak642, on 07/14/2008, -1/+27Wait until McCain discovers lolcats...
- Darmichar, on 07/14/2008, -2/+28Uhh... your girlfriends are 90 years old?
- withears, on 07/14/2008, -0/+25He's impossible to beat on political positions.
Abortion - He supports the right to choose, but he's against abortion.
Gay Marriage - Gays can get married, but he doesn't support gay marriage.
Tax Cuts - He votes against them, but wants to make them permanent.
Off-Shore Drilling - He's against it, but he's for it.
Hard to be someone with all those positions. EVERYBDOY will be happy! - BabushkaBlue, on 07/13/2008, -5/+30I actually do this it's a big issue. I want a president who isn't completely out of touch with the society he's trying to lead.
- argonaut99, on 07/13/2008, -5/+29Not a big issue, but still significant. The President has someone to drive him around too, but if he said he didn't know how to drive, he'd loose another notch of credibility in my book.
I guess "I'm learning to vote for Obama myself" - digitul, on 07/14/2008, -2/+25your grandma is your girlfriend?
- seventhc, on 07/14/2008, -2/+23
Q: But do you go on line for yourself?
Mr. McCain: They go on for me.
Doesn't this prove that he's an idiot??? - obliviousfool, on 07/13/2008, -2/+23Yeah, it's not like 53% of the population has ever been shot down, or been kept in a POW camp, or married into a beer fortune. The idea of McCain as president scares me.
- PopcornDave, on 07/14/2008, -1/+22In other news, John McCain exudes surprise at films with sound. He's not quite sure just what to make of these new "talkies" since his aides read him all the title cards before.
- cl2yp71c, on 07/13/2008, -5/+26Be very afraid.
- vinceislegend, on 07/14/2008, -3/+24At least he doesn't plaster on the makeup like a trollop, that *****.
- Carv, on 07/14/2008, -0/+204. The difference between Sunni/Shia
- spookyttws, on 07/14/2008, -0/+20He became a presidential contender because he seems to be the only one of the republican candidates to completely sell out all of his beliefs and stance on issues to fit whatever the GOP wants of him. Seriously look at McCain 10, hell even 8 years ago and you'll see he was a pretty decent senator with more or less moderate and even (some) slightly more liberal stances. It's a real shame how much he sold out for the shot at president.
- PainToad, on 07/14/2008, -2/+22This would have been an acceptable comment from Bill Clinton when he was running in the 90's but come on, its 2008!
- desertDenizen, on 07/13/2008, -6/+25He's set in his ways. Sound familiar?
- inactive, on 07/14/2008, -0/+19So who'll be the first to RickRoll him?
- Zalyster, on 07/13/2008, -2/+20Oh...Oh god.
- portnoy, on 07/14/2008, -1/+18Well, he's proven himself to be quite adept at crashing aircraft and getting himself captured by hostile forces. And was it ever actually proven that he was really "shot down"? I hear that he crashed several planes during his "heroic" military career.
- spacebuddy, on 07/14/2008, -6/+23McCain is a retard.
- Hoogs, on 07/14/2008, -0/+16It's sad that TubGirl doesn't even phase me anymore.
- uptown, on 07/14/2008, -2/+18My grandpa was honest too. I wouldn't say he was ready to run the country.
- DaHuuuuuudge, on 07/14/2008, -0/+14McCain...in MY internet?
- glowfood, on 07/13/2008, -16/+30Yeah, we should totally go for Obama. I hear he's in favor of civil liberties!
/sarcasm - dagamer34, on 07/14/2008, -1/+15At this rate he might think Google is a verb!
McCain: "Google? What's THAT!" - zombies187, on 07/14/2008, -0/+13"John McCain vows to cut all school lunch funding"
- theodat, on 07/14/2008, -0/+13Once he learns World of Warcraft we won't get him off
