If the prospect of 4 years of the McPain administration weren't so frightening, this whole thing might just be a laugh riot, a perfect punchline. Notice how he "suspended his campaign" and never announced to attend the debate until just moments before the actual event. That had to affect Obama in some way, preparation wise or psychologically (complacency.)
