I mean, you'd probably wouldn't be running for President today if it was not for that experience right? So would you do it again knowing what you do now?
The joke is no so funny now when it is about you and the horror inflicted upon you that you cannot control, is it?
By the way, McCain, you constantly panders and talks about your POW status. But when reporters and Obama supporters like general Clark ask an honest question about how does being a POW prepare you for Presidency, McCain got "visibly angry" (google it) and avoided the question.

IE: "I won't flat out deny it, since there's the possibility there might be some credible witnesses or even tape of me saying that. And claiming to not remember gives me an out if I get caught".

And it is pandering plain and simple. I mean really 22 years ago he made a bad joke? He still makes bad jokes today. Anyone who doesn't know he's as funny as a wet fart has made a deliberate decision not to know.
As for the ad impressions, some generic, mass-produced site with low quality traffic might draw 50c for a thousand impressions. Sites with targetted and valuable traffic attract much higher rates. BoingBoing for instance - who I'm *not* accusing of pandering to digg's users - charges up to $40 CPM.
Please don't misread what I'm saying as support for McCain. I'm not arguing for or against him or any other candidate. I'm arguing against these stupid sites that spew out a constant flow of less-than-tabloid garbage that people keep blindly digging. You're not supporting Obama or whoever when you digg these stupid political blogs and you're not opposing McCain or whoever either. All you're doing is making these blogs money and motivating them to write the same crap again tomorrow so you'll digg it again tomorrow and they can show their advertisers they get millions of visitors a month. - inactive, on 07/16/2008, -1/+1Your Dog? This is like Diggers claiming that Al Gore and his environmental hippies for raking in the dough pushing a fake global warming agenda (which is untrue, by the way, in case if you are stupid and cannot figure it out) - but shrug their shoulders when Exxon made $10.9 billion in profit in Q1 of this year.
Don't get me wrong. I am all for capitalism and Exxon exists to make money for its shareholders Sad but true but I hold plenty of oil stocks through my 401k index fund.
But when one company makes more money in one quarter then the entire global environmental movement made in in its entire history, complaining about how much Al Gore makes just make you look stupid.
So. McCain does not shown the difference between Shiite and Sunni and thinks Iran trains Al Qaueda in Iraq (kinda like Israel training Hamas). Does not know Czechoslavakia. Jokes about women being raped. Calls his wife a *****. The list goes on.
And all you can come up with is ad impressions? Well, many advertising network pays for a $0.50 CPM. So tens of thousands of ads impressions is what - $5, $10?
