    His prospective new drug Czar William Brittan is noted for his views that individualism moving away from the church is the reason for ancrease in urban crime! He was a bastard towards L.A. Pot dispensaries.

    Nope, Marijuana is just going to be a long, slow battle but, hopefully, with the internet, we'll never go backwards again!
