- AlexLibman, on 10/10/2007, -10/+79Being a diehard libertarian and a Ron Paul supporter, obviously my first instinct was to fight back - organize our people to out-call, out-email, and out-hack his people. Then I thought about it a bit...
The neo-con ars3h0le that he is, The Mark Levin Show is the 20th most popular in the nation, and he can get Limbaugh and the rest of his clones on his side as well. We need to win the hearts and minds of those silly people, not start them on a crusade against Ron Paul!
So, as infantile and disgusting as Mark Levin's attack is, I think we should turn the other cheek!
If anyone does call his show today, I think you should calmly explain that we cannot in good conscience vote for any Republican (or Democrat) other than Ron Paul, and if he doesn't get the nomination most of his supporters will vote Libertarian, or not vote at all. Sorry, it's our vote. And then explain the reasons why.
Being calm and rational will make it more difficult for him to hang up on you, and you might make some converts along the way. - Tack122, on 10/10/2007, -9/+68Thats disgusting. I could understand it if he were to make an articulated argument against what Ron Paul stands for, but this is just childish.
- fooken, on 10/01/2009, -4/+48Who the hell is Mark Levin?

1-877-381-3811 - omgitsfletch, on 10/10/2007, -5/+38Mark Levin first, shot himself in the foot, since it's going to get the "unknown candidate" Ron Paul and his name out there even more. Secondly, his hotline is going to be SWAMPED with calls about support for Ron Paul. People who will lie to get past screeners just to get RP's name on the air. Bad, bad idea, Mr. Levin.
- Hortnon, on 10/10/2007, -11/+40Calm and rational? You have to realize who you're talking to. These are the people that tried to crash digg over hex codes.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -10/+36Ron Paul supporters did that to Hannity after the 2nd debate when he was a total ***** to Ron Paul. Now Ron Paul has 10 times as many supporters!!! Ohhhh this is gonna be FUN!!!
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -3/+28Who's Mark Levin?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -7/+29The word is that it was SO bad, he played nothing but music for the entire last hour. Apparently, the call screeners were freaking out.
But, Mark being so ignorant as he is, decided to say on the air that 'No Ron Paul supporters called him'.
So now, everyone's going to do it again on Monday. And Tuesday. And Wednesday. He's really going to regret this... I don't care who you are, but one man and one call screener won't be able to hold off the thousands of Ron Paul enthusiasts. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -9/+29the hell with being cowards. call every executive at abc and disney and tell them this mark levin clown is a neocon terd. they love war.. this is why they hate ron paul.. he wants to bring home the troops and stop the bloody conflict. the big corporations need war and its profits... the hell with them. here is a link to their numbers: http://rattube.com/blog1/2007/08/17/mark-levinabc-disney-blowback-day/
- freecon, on 10/10/2007, -4/+23answer=hannity
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+19Here's the youtube recording of Marc telling people to never vote for Ron Paul, and here he is telling his audience to mass-call Ron Paul's campaign office.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=H1rMHQZk4xo - freecon, on 10/10/2007, -8/+25We need to overwhelm his listener forum. To get in you have to answer "who is Levin's best friend?" Satan doesn't work. post answer if you know it.
- heebygeeby, on 10/10/2007, -12/+28UN-INTENDED CONSEQUENCES--BLOWBACK, BITCH!
- hoorayformegan, on 10/10/2007, -8/+24levin sounds worried.
fine with me! - ganjadude4391, on 10/10/2007, -8/+23well if the media would allowed the Paul supporters the same air time they do the other candidates supporters, than they wouldnt have to lie to get past the screeners. Watch C-span and see how many people call in for ron paul, its actually quite a bit
- futureteg, on 10/10/2007, -7/+21Apparently If you scroll to minute 29 of the august 16th broadcast, you can hear him complaining that a Ron Paul caller lied to sneak past the screener, and that from here on out he will tell all his listeners to never vote for Ron Paul, and to spam his office with calls saying he can't win.
- DooM, on 10/10/2007, -3/+15Mark Levin urged his listeners to bombard Ron Paul's HQ - hard to yell harrassment for getting similar treatment to what you've requested on air.. plus, unless you're screaming curse words he can't really complain if you call in to a political show to talk about politics.
- Tack122, on 10/10/2007, -8/+19Having listened to it I continue to support my statement about it being childish.
Especially the part where he yelled.
I don't know how good of an idea the blowback would be, it could cause bad things to happen in the long run. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -8/+19I don't get why so many people hate Ron Paul and his supporters. Ron Paul is the only candidate who is willing to restore the US Constitution to our country. Do some Americans really think that is a bad thing? Why is it bad for his supporters to want a candidate who is for the Constitution? The election is a long way off. Anyone can win. The top 4 Republican candidates are all Council on Foreign Relations members. CFR is the treasonist organization that wants to form the North American Union through the SPP (http://www.spp.gov), which 21 Congressmen just told President Bush to give up on. Most of the media is controlled by CFR members, and naturally they give their men the best coverage. Ron Paul is not in their club, which is why he only gets a tiny fraction of the media coverage that Romney, Giuliani, McCain, and Thompson get (all CFR members).
So basically, everyone on this page who has bashed Ron Paul, bashed Ron Paul supporters, and dugg down their comments are clueless ignorant sheep who are allowing these people to surrender America's sovereignty. Sure, some Ron Paul supporters might not be the most mature or educated people, but at least they are smart enough to know how important the Constitution is and to recognize Ron Paul is the only candidate pledging to restore the Constitution. I would really like to know what these ignorant sheep who are against Ron Paul have to say about why they are so against him. If it's simply because a fraction of the Ron Paul supporters annoy them, well that's just incredibly STUPID!!! Let Ron Paul's stance on the issues be your guide, not your lack of patience and tolerance! - colsandurz45, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10phone is still busy.... but Ron Paul's isn't so call him and tell him he CAN win
- sixdust, on 10/10/2007, -7/+17***** THE NEOCONS. RON PAUL 08. MIKE GRAVEL 08. ***** THIS MEDIA SPONSORED ELECTION. We choose our candidates, not you scumbags. The reason Paulbots exist is because they are afraid of what the other candidates will do to this country. The radio, TV and internet are some of the best places to spread the word and wildfire. If Obama and Hilary can get a hype going based on crazy claims such as big corporations interests are our interests (rephrased from Hilary) and Obama believes we should still stay in the middle east, however that we should move the troops to the Afghanistan border and the others, Romney, Edwards and Guiliani (Cpt. 9/11) are jokes and Bush Jr.(McAin) had his campaign fail due to bad budgeting and staffers leaving. These people have been handpicked by big media and in order to gain dough for the campaign, lost their integrity. Let the man with the plan and the genuine record be president. The democrats are offering crap and so are the republicans, Let the former libreterian now republican become president and turn this poor doomed nation around, starting with the demolition of the Federal Reserve and IRS.
And a high five to one of the supporters around my area in queens who posted up small flyer's for Ron Paul all over my local laundromat. At the beginning of the day there were a stack of them, near the end of the day I went to pick up my stuff and all the flyer's had been distributed, not one in any trash can, People were actually reading the papers with genuine interest. Shocking ain't it. If people only knew what others had to offer, but they won't find out due to censorship and personal political agendas. - plainOldFool, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10Gahh ... Dude, I'm a Republican and I HATE Mark Levin. Then again, I maybe a Republican, but I am by no means a Neocon. ***** this bastard!!!
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -3/+13So, nothing happened today, but I expect a montage of Ron Paul phone calls from his show soon. I don't see how anyone can listen to this guy's torturous voice beyond a few seconds. His daily topics seem recycled many times over and his delivery is anything but interesting. He is completely annoying.
- Nija, on 10/10/2007, -3/+13Not to be a nay-sayer, I love the idea of 'taking down' a talk radio show by mass call-in; but... what's the goal of calling in? To admit that Ron Paul has supporters?
Which follows to say that I think peeps should be calling in until he admits RP has supporters. hehe - Nija, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10I think 'randomly' going after the neo-con talk hosts is a bad idea.
It's the ones that call for an active 'attack' against [something] that, I feel, should be brought to it's knees. Just my thought. - calbff, on 10/10/2007, -3/+12That hit the nail squarely on the head. Discussion OVER.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -3/+12Holy ***** he's boring me...
- scubasteve377, on 10/10/2007, -3/+12Because all of southeast Asia fell to communism and the world exploded when we left Vietnam, right? Yeah, history IS repeating itself, you ***** neo-con tool.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -3/+12Republican? Yes.
Doesn't like Ron Paul? Yes.
The only two points to make the sheep stand up against him but eventually do nothing about it. - Ihatepolitics, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9his show is a snore fest hes like hannitys mutant clone.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+10Did you get on the show?
- AtomicTank, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9While I have no intention of eating a crow and I have no idea what a Paulbot has to do with a moonbat, you should know that Digg is about user-powered news reporting and it reflects the spirit of this great tool we call the internet. If you'd like to have it policed, you can just GTFO and consult the Constitution concerning freedom of speech.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+12It's to get the word out and show strong opposition to his claim that RP won't win. We'll end up killing two birds with one stone.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -5/+13He is live now!! Listen here to this Bastard!
http://www.wabcradio.com/article.asp?id=122648 - nakani, on 10/10/2007, -6/+13Nice generalization, bub... I don't know who these self-righteous people are, but I'm not one of them. And I know plenty of other Ron Paul supports IRL who are very reserved.
- oMeSSiaHo, on 10/10/2007, -3/+10Yeah this will get Ron Paul attention, but is it attention he would want?
- bonked, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8You are mistaken. I worked for 4 years in talk radio. If you have a call-in talk show that actively asks people to call in to discuss anything, you can't call it harassment when people call in to talk to you. It doesn't work that way.
This isn't like calling his house. But people like Bill O'loofahsponge and Michael Savage try to play this "We'll get the police after you" BS and grandstand on the air and some people are dumb enough to buy into it. Think about it this way, if I sell Chevy cars for a living, and you come in and say "I want to talk to you about the new Ford F-150." I can't have you arrested, I have to do my job which is either convince you to buy, or amicably send you on your way. Talentless talk show hosts play this "You can't harass me by disagreeing" card, but it's an empty threat - no court could ever convict someone for calling a call in talk show to talk about anything. Even if the caller cursed, etc. it is the station's responsibility to pay the fine because they chose that format and allowed that person on their air. - keyboardduder, on 10/10/2007, -6/+13As much as it seems childish, its neccessary to show people their own poison. Protesting against that will flood his lines, make his show suck because no one can call in, and create more publicity for paul!
- matador3, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9If so I think Levin should be more worried about how he encouraged people to harass a Presidential candidate's congressional office.
- Nickel1976, on 10/10/2007, -5/+12I gotta agree with Ookadoo, who is this guy? I'm a big fan of Ron Paul, but I don't think I'm upset by this nobody.
- stealthc, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6If there was a popular revolution that the established media was trying to suppress, isn't this what it would look like?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -11/+17Yeah you guys will sure show him he's in the wrong by doing exactly what he's doing. keep up the good work
- keyboardduder, on 10/10/2007, -5/+11Im calling at 6 ***** sharp!
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+10It's goin' DOWN...
- nakani, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8Even if you disagree with Ron Paul's stance, the man has a firm conviction and sticks up for what he believes in. I highly doubt you're winning anyone's hearts and minds with character defamation such as "Paul has as much chance for nomination (and election) as he does sticking food up his ass and pooping out his mouth (the latter of which, however, he does for a living)."
Rather than saying why what other people believe is stupid, you might find it more productive to state why what you believe in is intelligent. - scubasteve377, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9While I see your point, if your going to denounce this act of protest, please tell me that you are prepared to denounce every other organized political protest, ever. If you aren't, then guess what, you're a hypocrite too.
- chipwar, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9people will digg up anything!
- badfish0116, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8Yes he isnt a republican at all. Is that why Barry Goldaters son supports him.
Cue Jim Cramer/ "you know nothing" - mpv81, on 10/10/2007, -5/+11AlexLibman is right. We have to be assertive in our support of Ron Paul, but what a lot of us our doing is exuding hostility. This casts a bad light on the message and ultimately Dr. Paul's campaign. Let's all try to be a little more classy in how we go about supporting Ron's run for the Oval Office.
