- GeorgeWKush, on 01/25/2008, -0/+17Oh my god, he's the Manchurian candidate.
- Vigilo, on 01/25/2008, -0/+13That is tripped out, he needed help to say "lower taxes" when that is a default republican position. So many questions from something like this happening. Is this common practice? Did nbc help? Are any other candidates getting answers? Why did they delete the post? Pretty creepy when they are exposed on national television.
- foche911, on 01/25/2008, -0/+10Ron Paul has more integrity and knowledge than everyone arrayed against him. Notice how much more life is is the man. He took them all to the woodshed again!
- libertysilver, on 01/25/2008, -0/+10When will the corruption end.
- skeeto, on 01/25/2008, -0/+9I heard that as well and thought it was odd. I wonder if it'll be edited off the replay,
- republicat, on 01/25/2008, -0/+7the clip is already on YouTube!

- Harbinger187, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4hilarious, not only are they subjecting ron paul to media blackout, they are coaching other candidates on what to say in the debates.
- xereau, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4wow, i guess some comrade is going to be spendink a lonk vinter in sibrrrrrrrrrria.
seriously though, this is insanity exposed.
get this story out to everyone. - peestandingup, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4Mitt gets by with a little help from his friends.
- silverdesk48, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4Stand up and be counted true conservatives. The rest of the candidates, except for Ron Paul, lack morals, integrity, and knowlege about what is right and also about how our country is to be run. They only want the power and the money that goes with it. That goes for both the Democrats and all the Republicans except Ron Paul. How dare they exclude a candidate in a debate like Ron Paul they have done, exclude Ron Paul from articles, polls, and pictures. The entire media is controlled and want the people who don't know anything....or those decent people to be deceived so that they will not vote for Ron Paul.
They must stand before God one day and be judged for their actions....not their pocketbooks or their power.
Vote Ron Paul ....we are campaigning hard here in the State of Oregon. Don't forget the lying Diebold voting machines either. - Orbiter9211, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4Welcome to the fascist states of America.
- republicat, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4I was listening to the debate wearing headphones and I heard someone whisper "raised taxes" to Romney. It sounded like Guiliani. I emailed Tucker Carlson and Chris Matthews about it.
- PoinSpirit, on 01/25/2008, -0/+3I thought it was Guiliani...?
- bivouac, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2I heard it live too. I actually fired up digg just to check and see if a story was circulating about it.
- skeeto, on 01/25/2008, -1/+2After watching the clip a few times, it sounds like it was actually someone whispering to the moderator while the camera was on Romney, which was overheard by everyone since the guys mic was still on.
After Romney answered quickly since he obviously heard it, they went back to the host who clarified his question by mentioning that Reagan had raised taxes and fiddled with social security, etc as if he forgot to mention that the first time he asked the question.
So I think it was probably one of the other moderators they had down there who they were also taking questions from. He probably wanted the main mod to ask that Reagan question then whispered over to him to clarify about raised taxes after the question was already asked, while his mic was still turned on. - YurtMama, on 01/25/2008, -0/+0If it was in fact a moderator or another candidate speaking into a "hot" mic, you think they (msnbc) wouldve have said so by now.. instead, msnbc just edits it out of the replay.. interesting..
