would this sharp decine in casualties have anything to do with the fact that there are far fewer people in iraq and baghdad anymore? they are leaving in droves, becoming refugees, as their neighborhoods, business, infrastructure crumble. there are going to be even fewer casualties when the city is empty...yeah! we win again - jmchez, on 10/10/2007, -2/+1We only report bad news.
