- suzycarpenter, on 10/06/2008, -0/+6I'm rather of the opinion that, at this point in time, it doesn't make sense to argue about who is to blame. No one seems willing to point to the beginning of the crisis anyway. Seems to me that the person or persons that are to blame are the ones that instigated the problem (Carter & Clinton) rather than the one that identified the problem and tried to correct it (McCain 2003). WIN (What's Important Now). We should instead, be looking for the solution.
