When he did this, Republicans claimed he was trying to divert attention from the Lewinsky affair. When Bush came into office, his administration believed that the Clinton administration had overstated the threat of terrorism and they didn't consider it a high priority.

For this, Clinton must face justice.

As far as Clinton is concerned - elected twice without ever achieving the popular vote, impeached, disbarred, accused of rape, Oval Office fellatio, destroyed the morale of the military, raised taxes on the backs of social security recipients; people mysteriously disappeared related to Whitewater; shredded documents, abused power, misused FBI files; made false claims of memory loss; politicized the Justice Department, the IRS; destroyed witnesses; laundered money; lied under oath and to the American people and to Congress;

I do not blame any American for the actions of foreign terrorists. That's what Liberals do. Rush and Guiliani are absolutely correct. Clinton's ho-hum policies were a huge failure and did nothing to help prevent this disaster.
