Does he support the candidate who he believes will do the best job?
Nope.
Ol' Joe finds someone not embarrassed to be seen with him and goes with that guy.
Lieberman is a blight on American politics. What does this weasel actually DO? He's not trusted by either party, but he's trying hard to buy his way into the right wing inner circle. The GOP knows they can count on Joe to support their agenda, but he's NEVER going to be permitted to have any real responsibility. He's a swing vote for the GOP, so they'll try to keep him around. When's the last time a lefty came out and said something nice about Leiberman? The only people who like this guy are the neocons, because he's content to be a lapdog.
I can't believe I once voted for that loser.
