Obama hasn't produced the documents demanded in the lawsuit because he can't. If he provides forgeries to the court he goes to jail. If Obama COULD produce the documents - lawsuit over. Simple as that.

Obama was a 20 year member of a thoroughly racist black nationalist church in Chicago, a church that purposely feeds the fire of antagonism toward whites and is associated with the completely racist Louis Farrakhan. Racism works both ways. But it's not in the McCain campaign at all, although people have been trying to tar and feather him with that allegation.
