Leasing Roads Could Cost Drivers

theledger.com — Rather than reducing state spending and misuse of funds the state of Florida is considering following states like Indiana and leasing their highways to private firms, not excluding foreign corporations. A potential for poor service and higher costs awaits the Florida taxpayer, where they only have one "freeway".
