- leontes, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12Of course we aren't just going to *hand* them over. You libs expect the government to follow the rule of law? We live in a time of war: with terror! We do what we can to protect us. Either you are with us or against us. By us I mean our interests. Like our jobs.
What? You think Bush is just going to give up the presidency January 20, 2009? During a time of WAR? FDR stayed president for far longer 'cause of world war II: War on terror is MUCH worse. It's a war of american interests and perceptions around the globe: there is only one man to lead us: BUSH.
Get used to it. We seem to be able to manipulate you to keep our jobs safe generally: so, you won't mind if I redelete these emails: they do not make us look good. And we are perfect. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11Gee, did anyone actually believe the liars who said they were gone?
It seems like there should be consequences for the people who lied about the email and attempted to decieve Congress. - shawnfassett, on 10/11/2007, -1/+8Somehow 'Clinton did it' has to come up in their roll of excuses, right?
- EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6The problem is, two to three months later, the GOP has had plenty of time to edit these "only copies."
I doubt they'll be that useful unless someone messed up with the editing or we can compare the found version with some other cached copy.
These really needed to be impounded by the FBI immediately. Now, we can only hope to get lucky. - EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4A Republican Operative. Was that a rhetorical question?
- InfamousAtheist, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4@Homerr,
Actually, that happens when the Republicans use the "b..b..but Clinton did it too!" excuse. When others point out the flaws in that argument, it exposes the current administration as frauds. - mattxb, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3In case you missed this a few weeks back, reporter Greg Palast claims to have a substantial amount of the emails, and he says they incriminate Rove and friends in election fraud.
http://digg.com/politics/Greg_Palast_Has_Roves_Missing_Emails - neuralzen, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Who wants to bet the GOP had some programmer write a piece of software to comb the emails and strip out / edit them of any truthful implication?
- laserjobs, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Fantastic, now subpoena the bastards for them
- boobees, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1the water starts to boil
what ingredient goes next? - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1What American would delete emails sent to them from the White House?
- Homerr, on 10/11/2007, -12/+1Shaddup about Clinton. Every time one of you yahoos bring him up it belittles Clinton and validates the Bush Administration.
