- TWhid, on 10/12/2007, -41/+482These people are sociopaths.
- UGM2099, on 10/12/2007, -27/+420Now I understand why we don't hear from Laura Bush too often.
- positron, on 10/12/2007, -16/+176"Let them eat cake." --Laura Bush
- TASPhilly, on 10/12/2007, -18/+171She's as out-of-touch and heartless as her mother in law.
- CraigB12, on 10/12/2007, -29/+182Although this is taken out of context a little, I don't see how he could even think twice about what he's doing. He has been told by anyone with any intelligence and experience with this war that it is up to HIM AND HIS FOREIGN POLICY (or lack there of) to get a solution to this ***** war. Instead of getting together with Maliki or the Iraqi Parliament, he goes on television and says that we just need to sit back and watch the "surge" work. HOW MUCH ***** LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ANOTHER ONE OF MY BROTHERS DIES?
- Verchiel77, on 10/12/2007, -14/+153Disgusting. One of the most noteable things about this disaster is the limited number of people who actually bear its burden: The servicemen and women, their families, their loved ones, and that's it.
In a nation of people who *aren't* suffering, no one is impacted *less* than Laura Bush. - aliengoods, on 10/12/2007, -26/+149And no one profits like Bush's friends at Haliburton. Funny how these things work.
- RealSurreal, on 10/12/2007, -21/+122***** you laura
- StormTrooperVII, on 10/12/2007, -18/+118Laura Bush on Iraq: "No one suffers more than their President and I do"
Oh really? Then why the ***** aren't the twins in Iraq? If it was really that important, shouldn't they be? Lose a kid in Iraq, and then you might be able to start talking about suffering. - DrHockey, on 10/12/2007, -17/+112January 2009 can't come fast enough. It really doesn't matter who replaces these clowns - it will be an improvement.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -27/+117Wow, what a conceited bitch.
- nicku, on 10/12/2007, -25/+113Look at her eyes, I think she is highly medicated.
- Wonderkind, on 10/12/2007, -13/+96"no one is suffers more than their President and I do."
Oh really. How many of the Bushes family have been killed in Iraq?
Here is a list of people who have suffered a bit more than the president, the commander-in-chief.
This does not take into account the families and loved ones who have suffered.
http://icasualties.org/oif/US_NAMES.aspx
This site is one that EVERYONE should have to see. It's so absolutely stunning you cannot take it in.
Just scroll anywhere and read a few names out loud. It hurts so bad. - Junkyarddawg, on 10/12/2007, -13/+89Hey, what do you know - maybe she suffers as much as the poor bastards found on a daily basis in Iraq, tortured and murdered with a powerdrill. Maybe she really is suffering as much as the sunni woman who gets to see her kid die from appendicitus because the hospital is controlled by the shia, and going there would be suicide for the entire family. Perhaps her pain is as great as the marine who gets shrapnel lodged in his spine, or the man with third degree burns from chlorine gas.
Who knows?
Yeah. - guregu, on 10/12/2007, -4/+74My cousin is on that list.

RIP Jeremy. - carbonetc, on 10/12/2007, -11/+81They still have all their limbs.
- jfair, on 10/12/2007, -4/+63Don't forget about sweet, old Mother-in-Law Barbara:
"When the administration censored images of the flag-draped coffins of the young men and women being killed in Iraq--purportedly to respect "the privacy of the families" and not to minimize and cover up the true nature and consequences of the war--the family matriarch expressed her support for what was ultimately her son's decision by saying on Good Morning America on March 18, 2003, "Why should we hear about body bags and deaths? I mean, it's not relevant. So why should I waste my beautiful mind on something like that?"" - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -14/+69I'm thinking that the 650,000 dead civilians in Iraq suffered more than a pampered right wing sociopath like Laura Bush.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -35/+87Bwahahahahahahah.
I feel your pain Laura.
Being married to such
a knucklehead is a bitch. - mjl5629, on 10/12/2007, -10/+59I'd say my friend Elias suffered more when he died in Baghdad.
- wageslaven, on 10/12/2007, -11/+60Youve forgotten the Millions of internally and externally displaced Iraqis (ie: Refuges from the American Invasion).
And the 600,000+ Dead Iraqis.
And the Trillions of dollars of Destruction in Iraq infrastructure and private property.
And the Trillions of dollars in USA Taxes paid to fund the military-industrial enterprises to execute this war. - FlaG8r, on 10/12/2007, -11/+55We're all affected by the amount of capital that's being wasted over there. Obviously that's small compared to what service families endure, but we could be doing a lot of real good with that money.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -12/+53Yeah, she isn't wrapped right. To actually think that the war revolves around one self's pride in their administration-- very disconnected from reality.
- razor150, on 10/12/2007, -11/+51One could easily argue that the Iraqi people are suffering the most, followed by our soldiers and marines and their families. The Bush's only suffer because 70% of the American people think George W. is a ***** moron.
- FlaG8r, on 10/12/2007, -12/+49The context is provided in the video smart guy.

Anytime you can link to a peer reviewed scientific journal with a study refuting the Johns Hopkins University numbers, you are free to do that. Until you right wingers can refute the numbers in a meaningful way, your complaints about the facts are meaningless. - Copperhe4d, on 10/12/2007, -11/+44if they would count the dead iraqi (children and there parents) the list would be longer...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -13/+46Laura raised 2 drunk skanks
"Hard work!" - mccrusc, on 10/12/2007, -10/+39She probably thinks she's being honest, which gives the rest of us a little peek of the kinds of things the White House flies must hear when the rest of America is asleep. I'm glad they are feeling pressure.
The suffering she is talking about, not the real pain of people dying on the battlefield or that felt by the soldiers' families, but the ache in the chests of the Bush family, the overwhelming uncertainty, is very easy to cure. Just come clean, swallow your pride, and fix it. Bring everybody home and apologize for ever making this mess. You may be in a world of ***** afterwards, but at least your concience will be clear. - fredrated, on 10/12/2007, -9/+39@BohicaTwentyTwo
Did you hear about the report from the science advisor to the British Government? He concluded that the Lancet estimate of those killed in Iraq was state-of-the-art in statistical estimating, that it is the best estimate possible with the information available.
But you just keep repeating your lies like Goebbels tells you to. - amoirae, on 10/12/2007, -3/+32guregu: I am very sorry about your family's loss.
- unclebuck, on 10/12/2007, -8/+36Both Laura and the queen bee herself, Barbara, are totally out of touch with the realities of life.
When both the Bush girls go off to Iraq, and only one comes back, then maybe Laura can make a statement about suffering. Until then, she should stick to popping her pills and keeping her mouth shut. - djSyndrome, on 10/12/2007, -5/+31"Bush did NOT cause it"
COMEDY GOLD. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -9/+32This bitch has no ***** clue what suffering is.
- Jeveran, on 10/12/2007, -9/+32Dear Laura,
Send Jenna and Barbara to Iraq in uniform with no special privileges. Then you can suffer along with the other 150k+ families.

"Bush did NOT cause it,"
Who else ordered US troops into Iraq? - tsf5000, on 10/12/2007, -13/+34And I thought Laura was the smart one.
- wageslaven, on 10/12/2007, -11/+32There is no heaven. There is no Hell. There is no afterlife. There is CERTAINLY no justice after a person is dead.
It is exactly that kind of thinking that lets Criminals like Bush and Cheney stay in office.
Dont wait for some fictional god-delivered-justice. ACT to enact justice HERE and NOW. - Zlatty, on 10/12/2007, -13/+33Wow, talk about being emo!
- monkeyrun, on 10/12/2007, -5/+25Where's Osama Bin Laden
- CogitatorX, on 10/12/2007, -5/+24You are an enabler. Ignorance was the only tool the Neo-Clowns needed to manipulate America into this misguided war. Terrorism DID NOT cause the Iraq war. Until we removed Saddam (the only secular leader in the region) there were no terrorist links with Iraq. The terrorism in Iraq was a result of Bush's actions. That's reality.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -26/+45STEPFORD WIFE CANT EVEN NAME HURRICANE!
GODDAMN, WHAT AN IDIOT! AS IS HER HUSBAND, MOTHER IN-LAW, FATHER IN-LAW, BROTHER IN-LAWS !!!
Corrina? Katrina? Been away on holiday too long shopping for shoes or reading children's books?! WTF!

These fools should never be allowed anywhere near the seat of Gov't
These psychopaths belong in the Looney bin! - meltingrobot, on 10/12/2007, -7/+25Thanks for that link. I have a friend over there that I haven't heard from in a bit. Now I can at least watch and make sure his name doesn't appear there. I hope it never does. :(
- KuntaKinte, on 10/12/2007, -3/+21cocaine is a hell of a drug
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -16/+33Laura Bush is a *****.
- shadstein, on 10/12/2007, -6/+22I'm visiting my brother at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Palo Alto, CA; an incredible facility. The house we're staying in is across the street from the brain trauma building. I was having coffee early his morning (incredibly; reading John Dean's "Worse Than Watergate"), listening to the women talk about their sons, husbands and brothers. These people are suffering. They try to be strong for each other. They are in a surreal world and really don't know what they're doing or what they're going to do. Bush and company caused this suffering.
Bush, Cheney, Powell, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Pearl, Kristol, and the others (that I can't think of right now) who fabricated the reasons for this war, should all be air-dropped into the worst place in Iraq and left to defend themselves. Laura Bush should have a live a/v feed and be forced to watch, like in "A Clockwork Orange". - lasombragh, on 10/12/2007, -6/+21More like: "No one suffers [from guilt and overall psychosis] more than their President and I do."
- razor150, on 10/12/2007, -3/+18I'd rather send an Impeachment their way to end their "suffering."
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -7/+22No one but George Bush ordered the illegal invasion of Iraq. He is 100% responsible for every death caused by his criminal attack on that nation.
Iraq didn't attack us. We attacked them. -
