- LAtoLA, on 12/30/2008, -21/+255Gotta love a guy who calls it like he sees it! Go Dr. Brzezinski! Put a parrot in its place.
- Farth, on 12/30/2008, -18/+197Poor Joe, he just got told that he's not as smart as he thinks he is!
- Alheithinn, on 12/30/2008, -20/+159Joe is an intellectual lightweight. I don't know how he got the show, if he slept with somebody or what. It's simply amazing to me that anybody watches this guy, let alone actually listens to what he says.
- LeftieLucy, on 01/09/2009, -18/+140Joe Scarborough is a whiny, mean-spirited empty shell, and to see someone with Brzezinski's credentials put him in his place is truly a thing of beauty. Go Zbig!
- Anomaly100, on 12/31/2008, -15/+117I played the beginning again, then again and once more because I couldn't stop laughing:
Dr Brezezinski: You have an amazingly superficial knowledge of what went on."
Damn, Joe's only retort, is to talk about all the papers he reads. Hell, I read the same ones, but when you're in the company of an expert, it's a good idea to listen. "I read the NY Times and Washington Post" he says!! Oh God!! What a twit!!
Arrogant little shyt- - Batfishy, on 12/30/2008, -10/+109Poor Mika thinking "shut-up dad, I need this job"
- ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -17/+98I think Sarah Palin needs to see this as a training video for her imminent run in 2012. When you don't know what the ***** you're talking about, ESPECIALLY if you're conversing with an expert who does, shut your moose-stained craw IMMEDIATELY and stop repeating GOP slogan-talking-points.
- inactive, on 12/30/2008, -14/+72Well, since I'm at work right now and streaming video is blocked by Websense, I'll have to look at the video later. But I don't need to see the video to know that Joe Scarborough is a douchebag.
- Alheithinn, on 12/31/2008, -10/+59I keep getting this shouted to me so I'll just say that I could watch this twerp get slapped down all day. To arrogantly assert that he knows as much about international diplomacy as Brezezinksi because he reads the New York Times and the a couple other newspapers is just laughable. What a holiday treat!
- Hillsfar, on 12/31/2008, -12/+58Brzezinski: "I am a scholar on the tales of the Brothers Grimm and medieval lore."
Joe: "I watched the Disney remake on Showtime. I read the Little Golden Book on it!" - IrishJoe, on 12/30/2008, -3/+44Joe's a fairly photogenic reasonably well-spoken conservative former GOP congressman (served 6 years in the 1990s) and GE wanted someone like that on the air, but he is way out of his depth when he tries to debate people with Brzezinski's knowledge of the subject.
- photoshopwiz, on 12/31/2008, -15/+48Zbigniew Brzezinski, who once endorsed the creation and support of militant Islamic forces in Afghanistan, that were directed by accused 9/11 mastermind Osama Bin Laden. Brzezinski has admitted to the provocation of a Soviet-Afghan war that claimed the lives of 1 million people in Afghanistan during the 1980's. Brzezinski also sanctioned the support of a southeast Asian regime that claimed the lives of up to 2 million during the 1970's, through execution, starvation and forced labor.
- inactive, on 12/30/2008, -6/+39MSNBC needed a relatively moderate token conservative, that's why he has a show.
He needs a good ass-kickin' and I'd be happy to deliver. - Kapitaine, on 12/31/2008, -6/+37WHY are American presenters / broadcasters so unprofessional? You just wouldn't get them acting like this in Britain...or even Europe. They would take a comment like that on the chin and show respect for why he's saying it. If they disagree, they would be curt and to the point about it - not flapping their bloody wings all over the room about one comment.
It pisses me right off to see this lack of professionalism. More worried about their own egos than the content or integrity of their report? - STBAT25, on 12/31/2008, -6/+35Although I don't like Brzenzinski, it's great to see talking heads get put in their place.
- goomba323, on 12/31/2008, -1/+29Mika is so ***** cute sometimes....despite the fact that she constantly lets Joe walk all over her. I love when she looks at the camera in a pam in the office type way to let the viewers know "yeah, this is gunna get awkward."
It's like she's co-anchoring with Michael Scott. - Deeh, on 12/31/2008, -2/+30Brzezinski is ridiculously influential and powerful, and now has the ear of the President-elect of the U.S.
I don't think Mika is worried. - iancgi, on 12/31/2008, -15/+36All you mindless drones who are suddenly worshiping Mr. Berzinski should really go look at what he has done the past 40 years. You guys and Obama are supporting a traitor to this country
- inactive, on 12/31/2008, -4/+24Did you hear how the reaganites tried to sabotage Carter at every turn? Including having background negotiations with the Iranians regarding the hostages even while Carter's administration was negotiating for their release (effectively subverting and neutering any chance of success with Carter and the birth of the Iran-Contra Affair)?
Just wondering if you had heard about that in your analysis of history. - photoshopwiz, on 12/31/2008, -21/+41I am not a fan of the Israeli lobby and their influence on our govt. That being said, I am no fan of Brzezinski, either. He is very bad news...please check this out!

Interview with Zbigniew Brzezinski
U.S. President Carter's National Security Adviser
He is now an Obama advisor, expresses NO remorse for getting Osama bin Laden and friends started.
__________________ - atsmith, on 12/31/2008, -6/+25It's true, but Brzezinski is still a Globalist and Pro-Interventionism. He's one of the main advocates of destabilization in the Middle East. Joe is superficial and Brzezinski ends-justifies-the-means policy is inherently evil.
- Batfishy, on 12/31/2008, -5/+23I'm forced to listen to Fox all day at the office - is that worse?
- homercles337, on 12/31/2008, -4/+21I truly hate the lie of "libural medjia" by the right. It is really disturbing that so many have fallen in line with the lie. This Joe Schmuck is a piece of trash.
- ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -7/+24Of course it just dawned on me that if Sarah Palin shut her mouth every time she didn't know what the ***** she was talking about, she'd practically be a mute!
- ShittyPunGuy, on 12/31/2008, -0/+17That's Morning Joe Cohost Mika Brzezinkski, daughter of the man arguing with her boss.
- Infowarsdotcom, on 12/31/2008, -32/+48***** Zbigniew Brzezinski. He's a Marxist and is hell bent on destroying Russia at any cost because he believes they have done a disservice to how great communism can be.
He started Al-Qaeda to fight Russia by proxy.
He started the Tri-Lateral Commission with funding from David Rockefeller. He is globalist scum and I hope he rots in hell.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUF2rJ0OhN4 - Frnnkdlxx, on 12/31/2008, -5/+20Don't go too far there. They are both douches... Well, Joe is a Douche, ZB is evil.
What kind of pompous, childlike behavior is it to vehemently question the knowledge of someone 2 times your senior and a hundred times your superior in matters of foreign affairs, especially when it comes to the middle east. ZB is the guy who founded Al Qaeda to defeat the Soviets, and also the guy forming policy on Pakistan to go after terrorists whereever they are harbored in such a manner that prevents otherwise savagely independent sovereign nations from refusing. This is the future presidents behind the scenes foreign policy man, and a journalist who simply reads papers from people who were told what to write, openly criticizing him. How many more things can be wrong here.
Joe, you're fired. Time to work at Fox. - pgoetz, on 12/31/2008, -1/+16There must be a contest going on for the dumbest, most ignorant digg comment of the year. "I wasn't alive then but I've heard...". You heard wrong, dumbass. For example, there's the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel that Carter brokered -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel-Egypt_Peace_Tr ... -- the only peace treaty in that region that's stood the test of time. Now get off digg and go read some history before posting drivel again.
- quesi, on 12/31/2008, -4/+19criminal... joe should have asked him about Tim Osman.
- NyteStarNyne, on 12/31/2008, -1/+15Did anyone else get that feeling of a parent-meets-new-boyfriend dinner gone wrong?
- Anim8tor, on 12/31/2008, -6/+20Don't bring a knife to a gunfight.
- kaelyiesta, on 12/31/2008, -1/+14This is what each side was really saying/thinking.
Joe: I think I can get away with saying something I believe/want to be true so I'll state outright my indignation directly with the doctor who disagrees with me. Hopefully my blunt and direct indignant rebuttal will be a good bluff that won't be called.
Doctor: You're wrong. I have evidence to support it, and here is a summary of my evidence.
Joe: How dare you say I'm wrong. I listen to the collective opinion of the world! The common man will find this argument attractive because he too isn't privy to much detailed fact either.
Doctor: That's not sound reasoning. I am embarrassed that you are shaping public opinion in this country. Please look up this source for the evidence I mentioned. - gibbwake, on 12/31/2008, -16/+29Zbig is a man whos indirectly killed millions of people. He was proud he installed pol pot who killed millions, created al qeada, and inspired the pnac neocons with their rebuilding americans defenses paper with his quote:
"Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat."

He is behind Obama now - just an FYI. Buy Guns. - 55mph, on 12/31/2008, -2/+15Scarborough is a pompous ass. He references the periodicals he reads like they speak the truth. The media only tells us what they want us to know. It's black hats versus white hats journalism.
- jackieblu, on 12/31/2008, -8/+21Joe is a troll- I just know it, I read posts today just as ignorant... I love a good ass kicking in the morning, it was like shooting fish in a barrel for Dr.B...
- mtnmusicman, on 12/31/2008, -9/+21How frickin funny! Joe will have a tough time sleepin tonight. Wonder if Meeka will have a job?
- Batfishy, on 12/31/2008, -7/+19Just really loud speakers at my desk with NPR on all day long...
The office manager hides the remote - no *****! Nothing but Fox is real news. Texas...what a fun, open-minded state! - Alheithinn, on 12/30/2008, -1/+13Yeah, I can understand why they want the guy but you have to think they could have done better.
- neognostic, on 12/31/2008, -3/+14Do you have an ulcer?
- SgtSeaCow, on 12/31/2008, -4/+15I regret that I have but one DIGG to give this video :-(
- Deeh, on 12/31/2008, -14/+25It's nice to see Joe get owned, but Brzezinski should slow his role. He talks a lot about peace for a guy with that much blood on his hands.
- acej75, on 12/31/2008, -0/+11What a stunningly superficial reason to Digg.
- praisethelard, on 12/31/2008, -0/+11I was expecting him to say something along the lines of "I have many leather-bound books."
- skeen07, on 12/31/2008, -1/+11What I don't get about these interviews is, no-one ever seems to be learning from one another. People always have such a solid, unbudging stance. I never hear anyone say, "oh really? I didn't know about that, tell me more..." No wonder why the public are so confused all the damn time.
- ryancawdor, on 12/31/2008, -3/+13The viewers know Joe got his ass handed to him, but you can see that Joe thought his self-deprecation diffused the embarrassment. His co-host's discomfort was a good barometer of just how out of his league Joe is.
The greater someone's estimation of themselves, the more entertaining it is to watch them crumble. - moxley, on 12/31/2008, -2/+12Scarburough is a piece of ***** shill.
I have never liked Brzezinski because he is a globalist and (as another poster has stated above) he does fall in with the "end justifies the means" crowd.....Also, in his book "The Grand Chessboard" which was released in 1997 said that for the United States to maintain global primacy, it needed to gain control of Central Asia, with its vast petroleum reserves, and that a new Pearl Harbor would be helpful in getting the US public to support this imperial effort - (EG, that basically we'd need to be attacked in order to have the political will and backing of the people to do what they think needs to be done).
SO yeah, I think he's not the best person...But his comments on Scarbuourgh..what can I say, when he is right he is right...he is a very smart man...I just wish he used his intelligence to truly promote peace and a better world instead of imperialism. - Corvidae, on 12/31/2008, -1/+11It's a false persecution myth so they can play to the poor and disenfranchised. The other half of it is denying the reality of any persecution of their opponents.
- inactive, on 12/31/2008, -2/+11More like don't bring a toothpick to a war zone.
- jackieblu, on 12/31/2008, -2/+11Maybe fox didn't have anything available... How many losers do they need, so many to choose from these days...
- malman4, on 12/31/2008, -1/+9How did she get into these comments anyway?
