His position on telcom immunity in FISA was good, his vote for it was bad. His firm Iraq pullout date was good, his voting for every war funding bill without a pullout date was bad. His stated opposition to some facets of the Patriot Act was good, his vote to re-authorize it was bad.

Take a look at every vote that matters (Iraq funding, support for FISA, Patriot Act re-authorization) and show me where the difference is. I mean instead of voting the same two parties in since 1861 you could vote independent. But then according to the replicrates and the one thing they unanimously agree with is, if you vote independent you vote does not matter, your ignorant, your wasting your vote, it will never happen, etc etc etc etc. Hey at least they can cross party lines when it comes to screwing everyone but themselves.
