First of all, it is an issue of WTF gives the government any right to say you can't possess any number of sex toys? What if you're a collector? What if you DO want to sell them, eh? WTF gives the government - at any level - any right to say what kind of business you engage in if it isn't a health or security threat? Nothing, that's what. This law is offensive and shows how stupid and backwards the legislators and others who backed it are. The government does NOT have the right to make any kind of prohibition it wants into law. That's dictatorial *****.
And just FYI: On the "who needs" front, one dildo isn't the same as the next.
