  My bet is that you don't reside in the US. So why should you care who is elected? Oh yeah, better to elect a guy that just wants to talk to enemies than to fight them. The better for you.
  
  Funny that you admit to going through life ignorant, as it is obvious from your other comments. We here in the US do like to listen to our enemies, that way we can counter them. Interesting concept, isn't it?

It is difficult to overstate the hatred, bigotry, misogyny and malicious conspiracy theories spewed by Khalid Yasin. So despicable is his warped ideology that he had been made a pariah by the international media and his views have been condemned by numerous government officials.

This guy believes the US perpetrated 9/11, that the US not only invented HIV/AIDS but did so for nefarious reasons, that gays should be killed, that Islamic Terrorism is justified, that violence against women is Qur'anically mandated and is therefore okay, believes Christians and Jews are 'filth', believes in segregation along religious lines (specifically between Muslims and non-Muslims), advocates the subjugation of the entire world to Shar'ia.
What's the problem? By Islamic standards, this guy is a moderate. Hell, he's practically the Islamic equivalent of Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu (Mother Teresa).

Your quick trip to moral equivalency arguments is one of the two weakest of debate tactics - though I will commend you for resisting the resorting to pejoratives.

If you had said something of the order of - "This guy is a middle ages jihadist baffoon, but - ya know - we have some baffoons we need to address as well." - it might

Per the post, due you believe Olberman was a bit over the proverbial top? Perhaps beyond constructive discourse?

Otherwise, it approximates telling ones dear mother that they should not be punished for not taking out the trash because ones sister did not make her bed.

And by the way - back in the day I tried that - it didn't work.
