  • inactive, on 08/03/2008, -0/+0This is a huge part why the "surge" have been so successful. Even Iraqi PM Nouri al-Maliki has been seen giving out wads of cash. It's amazing the media doesn't point this out nor do either of the campaigns. Just another in a tall list of half-baked clusterf**ks our government has come up with.

    Let's give our millions of dollars that will by peace just long enough for us to get out of office.

    We get the government we deserve.
