- mediablitz, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Congressman Kucinich, (D-OH), was not invited to Sunday's Democratic Steak Fry in Indianola, nor to a Democratic Presidential Forum Thursday in Davenport. Representatives of both events have falsely claimed that Kucinich does not have a sufficiently "active organization" in Iowa.
However, statewide and national polls consistently show Kucinich running ahead of Senators Joe Biden and Christopher Dodd, who were invited to participate. A recent American Research Group poll in Iowa showed Kucinich getting 3% of the vote, ahead of Biden and Dodd, who were at the bottom with 1% each. In the Los Angeles Times/Bloomberg Poll in Iowa two weeks ago, Kucinich and Biden were both at 2% and Dodd was at 1%. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Ron Paul supporters lets help Dennis Kucinich on this
we might need his help(his folks)when war monger Hillary becomes the Dem nominee(God help) - mediablitz, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1I would love to have a combo Ron Paul/Kucinich candidate (yeah, don't ask me to explain) in the race. I totally disagree with excluding the two of them because they aren't "mainstream" enough.
I think we can agree "mainstream" is killing this country, both literally and figuratively... - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1This ***** has been happening all along. The difference now is that we have the great Old Media equalizer known as the internet (New Media) that is exposing this crap.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Ya know...I don't agree with Kucinich on most issues. But what is worse is control freaks rigging elections and the election process.
This has got to stop and those doing this crap needs to be exposed as the criminals they are and thrown from office. Kucinich has every right as the others to be included.
This is just the Primaries, for cryin out loud. Just think of the shenanigans they plan for the actual elections. - mediablitz, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1People can dis others candidates all they want, but there is NO reason to be blocking candidates from being heard. Well, there are reasons, just not honest ones...
John Kerry was polling 4% about this time last election, but he wasn't excluded. It is just plain BS that candidates are being blocked from public view so obviously...
