  • devstartshere, on 10/18/2008, -0/+0It is not about the technology. It is about the process. We are very inefficient in this regard here in US. Every citizen can vote for elections in India. No need to register. Govt uses the school teachers to reach out to the local communities and register all the eligible voters. In India, 75+% of voters regularly vote in election compared to < 50% in USA.
