- mnewcomb, on 01/02/2008, -6/+167Wow...
Comparing the fact that our intelligence community says Iran STOPPED nuke development back in 2003, a fact that should stop all pre-emptive war attempts, with Britney Spears news?
And they call Ron Paul a loon?
Is Huckabee just a fool? - inactive, on 01/02/2008, -6/+132He can't keep up with these reports because he's focusing to much on Brtiney gossip.
- phenry, on 01/02/2008, -4/+98I knew more about the NIE than this goofball! And I work for a living...
- Hockey13, on 01/02/2008, -6/+90To be fair, he probably slept in that day because God kept him up all night chatting on the phone.
- 10goto10, on 01/02/2008, -3/+74LEAVE IRAN'S FOREIGN POLICY ALONE!!!
(Sorry) - OneHine, on 01/02/2008, -4/+64Huckabee thinks that the world is 6000 years old and that humans started with Adam and Eve. He also thinks that we should stick people with AIDS in concentration camps (a solution which is morally and epidemiologically indefensible). Huckabee's no fool; he's a full-blown idiot. Guess which demographic supports him most fervently?
- apollo168, on 01/02/2008, -3/+48I wish I could digg people down in real life. Huckabee would totally get the red thumb for this one.
- Plasmatica, on 01/02/2008, -5/+46What a *****. Is this guy serious? But what's more sad is that no one in the MSM will report on this.
- NCSUspoon, on 01/02/2008, -5/+45Would someone please give this man a swift kick in the balls.
- PubeStache, on 01/02/2008, -6/+45You know that guy that always tries just a little bit too hard to be funny? Yeah.
- Drahkar, on 01/02/2008, -2/+30We don't need to make one. Whenever he opens his mouth he creates a new Anti-Huckabee ad all on his own.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -6/+33huck a bee!
huck a bee!!
i swear if this ***** wins, i'm leaving
how's canada doing these days? - inactive, on 01/02/2008, -5/+27Yeah, but most would argue that he (RP) wouldn't let his personnal beliefs dictate his political views.
As a person, he is biased. As a politician, he is completely fair. His voting record is always consistent with this. It's seems to me that the American constitution is as important to him than the bible.
I think RP is actually the only candidate that would be completely fair (because of his attachment to the constitution). His political decisions would always be guided by the constitution, not religion.
But the same attachment also gives him radical views. I wouldn't agree with most of his policies, espescially about the federal department of education and the IRS. But at the same time, America is in a deep, urging need for a clean up. You need a little shock therapy to become yourselves again.
Huckabee, on the other hand, is a reverend. Technically, he shouldn't even be allowed to run for the presidency. - AnarkeIncarnate, on 01/02/2008, -1/+19He just said the Neo-con version of "I don't know that *****. I'm keepin' it real." Facts is like kryptonite to neocons. /Chris Rock.
- radink360, on 01/02/2008, -3/+20This guy is a Putz.
- pintomp3, on 01/02/2008, -0/+16not only one. you are leaving out kucinich and gravel.
- MurphyWatson, on 01/02/2008, -1/+17He should take foreign policy more seriously than entertainment news.
- pateo, on 01/02/2008, -0/+14No, he's a tyrant and psychopath.
- eviltandem, on 01/02/2008, -0/+14I've never understood why people's motivations has anything to do with it. They're quoting the guy, how on earth can they spin it? It looked to me like the story is exactly what he said. How does the fact that the man doesn't follow foreign policy, but knows all about Spears, not relevant? The man isn't running for a popularity contest, he's running for president. Not president of MTV where I think that would be relevant, of the US.
Why shouldn't this horrify me? More importantly, what does any of this have to do with socialism? - inactive, on 01/02/2008, -0/+13The same guy who pulls Bush's and Bush sr' strings. The same guy who pulls Rumsfelds' strings, same guy who pulls Cheney's strings.
Meet the 2004 recipient of the presidential medal of freedom, the highest honor that can be awarded to an American citizen by a president:
Norman Podhoretz. Mr. Podhoretz wrote such great books as: WW4 the long struggle against Islamofascism, The prophets: who they were and what they are (in this one he makes the case that muslims are the anti-christ and that America is the force of good and will provoke the second coming of christ), My negro problem and ours, and of course, the case to bomb Iran.
Mr Giuliani picked this man as his foreign policy advisor. - terracottapai, on 01/02/2008, -0/+13Let's get a bus.

We have urgent concerns about Iran’s military and financial support of Shiite militants in Iraq, the Taliban in Afghanistan, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and Hamas among the Palestinians. We have urgent concerns about Iran’s development of nuclear weapons. More is at stake than just Iran going nuclear ...The Administration has quite properly said that it will not take the military option for Iran off the table. Neither would I. ...........We can’t allow Iran to push the power of its theocracy westward into, and then beyond, Iraq...............The recent Israeli strike against Syria is said to have involved nuclear material from North Korea. If that is the case, then we know Iran is somehow involved because Syria is an Iranian proxy in the Arab world. ..........Iran is a regional threat to the balance of power in the Middle and Near East;..“I would prefer to skip the next attack and the exasperated fury it will rightly generate and cut to the chase by going after Al Qaeda’s safe haven in Pakistan. ............ The Administration plans to increase the Army and Marines by about 92,000 over the next five years. We can and must do this in two to three years................
Oh yeah, and the other sppeches hit the same points.Attack Iran and Pakistan and draft 100,000 more troops. - RHandler, on 01/02/2008, -0/+12"despite his lament that he is too busy to follow with current events, Huckabee seems to have had no trouble following the events of Britney Spears and her family. When asked on Dec. 20 about the pregnancy of Britney’s sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, Huckabee had no trouble in quickly giving a response:
It’s a tragedy when a 16-year-old who is not really prepared for all the responsibilities of adult life is going to be now faced with all the responsibilities of honest-to-goodness adult life. I respect it. Apparently, she’s going to have the child and I think that is the right decision, a good decision, and I respect that and appreciate it. I hope it is not an encouragement to other 16-year-olds who think that is the best course of action."
LOL - djphatjive, on 01/02/2008, -1/+13They need to keep die hard religious freaks out of the white house.
- bowens44, on 01/02/2008, -0/+11Actually, he has a very good chance. Republicans are notorious for electing morons, particularly if the moron is an avid bible thumper.
- TheHighPrivate, on 01/02/2008, -1/+12The CFR.
- MrWhite7, on 01/02/2008, -1/+10Recognition that these past presidents have ***** up our foreign policy?
- trutek, on 01/02/2008, -1/+10care to ride share?
- NightVortez, on 01/02/2008, -2/+11Right, only you see, it's kind of your job to keep up with these things, while Britney Spears is just some bitch in the background no one cares about.
- terracottapai, on 01/02/2008, -1/+10Coincidentally, Mike Huckabee is the first leader in the race for worst analogy of 2008.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -2/+10Who is pulling Huck's strings?
- OneHine, on 01/02/2008, -1/+9Unfortunately (for both the gene pool and dogs everywhere), Huckabee's already reproduced.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -3/+11HAHAHAHA I guess some people don't like the speech from the huckster on Iranian policy?
The guy is two faced and a liar. - trer, on 01/02/2008, -0/+8So basically Huckabee is saying he wants the title, privleges and perks of being President of the United States of America, but he wants none of the work and responsibility involved. How very American.
- eviltandem, on 01/02/2008, -1/+8Yes. I can see how which celebrity is having a kid should trump knowing what's going on in other countries. Especially considering that the primary job of the president is to monitor celebrity gossip. Your logic is flawless.
- eviltandem, on 01/02/2008, -0/+7I guess I can't see how context could possibly change the meaning of the quote. The man has no clue about the things that a president should know, but is all over what he views as "moral" issues.
I've already had one of those presidents thanks. Morality is subjective, you can't, and shouldn't try to, legislate it. I would prefer the man to have said he knew nothing about mini-Spears at the time, but been educated about the Iran report.
Call me crazy. - 955701, on 01/02/2008, -0/+7Then when Canada is trumped by the NeoCon wave, where will you go next? Maybe you should collect into groups, move into the cities and take the power away from the evil bastards manipulating the country...
- JStraum, on 01/02/2008, -0/+7Canada, it's the new Florida!
- bemenaker, on 01/02/2008, -4/+11Hey douchebag, you can't keep up with this volume of info and you're not even president. How much info do you think the Pres get inundated with daily? I am glad this guy has no real chance.
- rxbudian, on 01/02/2008, -0/+7I would start questioning the competency of someone who 1. thinks that an Intelligence Estimate is equivalent to gossip, 2. disregard advice from a slew of people who are experts in their fields AND know more than him....
- pintomp3, on 01/02/2008, -8/+14i don't know ron paul's stance on the age of the earth, but he also dismisses evolution as "a theory that i don't accept"
- trutek, on 01/02/2008, -1/+7bush isn't in Pelican Bay......
yet - inactive, on 01/02/2008, -1/+7What, you tired of submissions about the Hucktard?
If he's going to be an idiot, people are going to submit it.
Hey, that almost rhymes.
You rightards like rhymes, right? Something simple to lull you to sleep while you watch Fox? - terracottapai, on 01/02/2008, -4/+10Rejecting evolution is not faith, it's ignorance.
Or is there even a difference? - bowens44, on 01/02/2008, -0/+6"I really do NOT get why this "foreign policy experience" phrase is supposed to be so goddamned important in a candidate. The current President had no foreign policy experience whatsoever before he got into office,"
Doesn't this explain why it's so important? - bbqsalad, on 01/02/2008, -1/+7And he is a avid hunter. That is another thing the majority of Americans look for.. Good ole boy's.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -1/+7Manson killed because of helter skelter, Bush kills because he thinks God told him to.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -0/+5'i pity the fool.
but i also suggest ways that he may better himself.' -
