SternShow@HowardStern.com - chupavacas, on 01/07/2008, -2/+20I like Howard's synopsis of Ron Paul's foreign policy, said in ways Dr. Paul can't for obvious reasons.
- mediaspree, on 01/07/2008, -2/+17I like how he calls him "fantastic." If Howard gets behind Ron Paul, he could easily take at least New York and New Jersey where Stern is still king of all media. Bababuey, book Ron Paul on the Howard Stern show!
- mediaspree, on 01/07/2008, -0/+13Dear Howard,
Have the "fantastic" candidate for president, Ron Paul, as a guest on your show. He is a candidate with a refreshing message of personal liberty, freedom, and getting the government of our backs. He would work to dismantle the FCC, IRS and income taxes, and most importantly bring our troops home. His message would resonate with your listeners and the support of you and your audience would be a big boost to his campaign.
Long time listener and Sirius subscriber - GhostyBoy, on 01/07/2008, -1/+10That's a pretty silly and ill-informed post. He gets more military donations then any other candidate.
- mghwom1, on 01/07/2008, -1/+9I was actually going to start a petition to get Dr. Paul on the Stern Show.
I'm a die-hard Howard fan, and know that he has a very influential audience. Afterall, they were responsible for the Sanjaya crazy of 07. - inactive, on 01/07/2008, -1/+8Did you hear Stearn say Paul needs more media coverage? I can only wonder if Ron Paul's campaign received any phone calls from the Howard Stern show today.
- diznang, on 01/07/2008, -2/+9Howard barely knew who Ron Paul is. He's like many other Americans - they've heard of Paul, they've seen Paul talk a little and like what he says alot, but since the media is ignoring him and he's not doing so well in the polls, there's little effort to learn more about him.
I swear if Howard saw a couple of choice youtube clips, he'd be sold. He'd realize the difference between Paul and all the other candidates, and he'd be all over it.
Let's turn Stern on to the revolution! - inactive, on 01/07/2008, -0/+6Stern would be a natural Ron Paul supporter.
- soulmantim, on 01/07/2008, -1/+7The Howard Revolution meets the Ron Paul rEVOLution
That would be quite interesting - inactive, on 01/07/2008, -1/+7I think it takes courage to express some of the view points he is suggesting and I don't see how he is anti-military. He seems to care more about our Veterans than others in D.C. I hate to bring it up since it's almost to the point of being cliche but he has garnished more campaign contributions from Active Military than the other candidates... so I have a hard time believing he is anti-military.
- card51short, on 01/07/2008, -0/+6then the other candidates must have no military support whatsoever...wonder why that is.
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -1/+6Howard- I think you would be a natural as a supporter for the Ron Paul candidacy. Help give Ron Paul more of the air time you feel he deserves :)
- Minarchian, on 01/07/2008, -1/+6I swear that ignorance grows on trees at digg. Your comment is one of the fruits of that.
- Willin33, on 01/07/2008, -0/+5Does anyone know if Howard Stern knows about the support Dr. Paul has been getting from the Bunny Ranch in Nevada????
Please contact Howard Stern and tell him about the ranch Pimping for Paul - Howard Stern Has a HUGE audience and could give paul much needed publicity and exposure - e-mail the Stern Show/Call in to tell them about Dr. Paul!!!!!!!!!!!! - Minarchian, on 01/07/2008, -1/+5Stern ran as a Libertarian for Gov of NY. It was probably a publicity stunt for a book, but he did run. He very well may be libertarian leaning.
- realmadrid1919, on 01/08/2008, -0/+4yes, please do.
- mghwom1, on 01/07/2008, -1/+5I'll definitely be emailing Bababooey to make this request.
- mghwom1, on 01/07/2008, -1/+4It would be amazing. Let's make it happen!
- mediaspree, on 01/07/2008, -1/+3He wouldn't be going on Imus
- therealside, on 01/08/2008, -0/+1I was listening to the show and my jaw dropped open when I heard Howard & RALPH (of all people, he's a straight shooter though) say this. It's great to know Howard's started doing his research. Who needs 2 revolutions anyways?!?!
- 2trkpony, on 01/08/2008, -1/+2"I know that it was some insignificant amount."
'You know', huh...lol..Spoken like a true Hillary Clinton voter.
As "insignificant' as you allege, it's still way more than any of the other candidates and eclipses their meager contributions tremendously.
According to quarterly FEC reports, Dr. Ron Paul is supported by more active duty and retired military retirees than any other candidate to be the next commander in chief. An investigation by the Houston Chronicle revealed that Congressman Paul received "more donations from current military...and retired military...than any other candidate."
So what has your candidate done for you lately? - internjack, on 01/08/2008, -0/+1Now, it's universal--Everyone should love Ron Paul. Maybe Honesty is the best policy.
- 2trkpony, on 01/08/2008, -2/+2"Would you like me to quote Obama's military donations?"
How about you quote some of this
Obama stands firmly with the terrorist state of Israel. He doesn't understand that to stop terrorism the U.S. must quit supporting terrorism by the Israelis. Democrats are deep trenched in AIPAC which occupies the current con-gress. Obama likes to parrot "change' but in reality there isn't much difference between him and Clinton.
Obama works for AIPAC, the "American Israel Public Affairs Committee" and takes their money. He said he wants to bomb Pakistan and Iran. He's not the change candidate. Don't believe Obama's phony lies. Vote for Ron Paul !
Obama is also for the current 'Iraqi Oil Law' which promises to keep the third world subjugated and their economy dictated by the west. Terrorism is a direct result of USA's current foreign policies and Obama doesn't promise much change in that department.
In the televised ABC Debate, Obama said that he would make all government spending transparent, and that we could see every dollar. I'd given anything to respond asking if he would make the Federal Reserve transparent? Its not government, but they pretend it is. Obama ignores the Fed, the most corrupt institution in America. He also directly supported S1959 - the absolute WORST bill since the 'Patriot Act', and he takes payoffs from the NEA opposing School Choice.
Israel does not need America's help & billion dollar handouts like Barack wants you to falsely believe. It needs to stop being looked at as the victim. It's the most powerful country by far and has used its great power to take land away from Arabs & Palestinian people by use of terrorism & unbridled force.
Joe Sacco's Book 'Palestine' really opened my eyes to what is going on over there.
By the way, Ron Paul would also cut all aid to the Arabs and keep the billions that would have been given away overseas here at home instead. It is important to note that Ron Paul is not biased against either side.
Not to mention Obama is in bed with the CFR, who is forcing the North American Union upon us, including the Amero and one world currency. Go Ron Paul. Both parties are controlled by the CFR.
A vote for Ron Paul would truly be a vote for REAL CHANGE for this better in this down the tubes fascist theocracy FKA 'the United States'.. - inactive, on 01/07/2008, -3/+3He has the most donations from among Republican candidates only. Would you like me to quote Obama's military donations?
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -4/+3That's a great idea! Get Ron Paul to appear with what has to be the sleaziest, scummiest man in radio. That should help his reputation!
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -4/+3Yes, he would.
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -6/+3How much was it again? Something like $50k? I know that it was some insignificant amount.
- mwrl, on 01/07/2008, -14/+5Ron Paul won't even be on the ballot in most states so it is pointless. He can't generate more then 2% of the national vote. The man is a coward and is anti-military. Without the military there is no freedom.
