The time limit is to reduce bandwidth and storage, and keep things to the point. Yes you will probably have to script your response, like all of the adults who don't like their presentations to come off as "half assed" do.
Don't use copyrighted songs or art, because it is copyright infringement, and we don't want to be served C&D notices.
Explain why you are voting for McCain, you know, so that what you are saying on their website actually has something to do with their campaign.

Your video must be 27 seconds long. So hopefully you've scripted your response yet still manage to somehow come off as genuine on the 243rd take, when you finally get the timing down. Matter of fact, it would be better off if you just went to a studio and hired a crew to film it.

Tell Your Story Clearly and Simply. Don't use them big words. It makes you sound elitist.
