Since we cannot leave this ONLY to the Central Intelligence Agency, or other alphabet soup governmental institutions, we absolutely need a "Center for Grassroots Oversight", where we can discuss this, and STAY on the subject, while the media and mainstream journalists cover the background "snow" on the screen.
