He'll never live this one down with me, at least not as long as I have a functioning memory. When it comes to trust, one can't forgive without forgetting, and I don't intend to forget.

Because she was, at that time, the 'inevitable" nominee. When that changed, her stand on Florida and Michigan changed. It's the way she does business. Everything must revolve round Hillary.
