- Ravanya, on 05/17/2008, -3/+42I know a lot of clinton campaigners would sink pretty low for her, but knowingly breaking the law is something else altogether.
- mycotropic, on 05/17/2008, -6/+29The crap that goes on on hillaryis44.com is incredible. I truly hope that there's a full copy of the whole site so that these trolls can be prosecuted.
- Redgrendel2001, on 05/17/2008, -4/+25Buh bye crazy catladies!!!
- Redgrendel2001, on 05/17/2008, -3/+17It the "knowingly" part that kills me. They've done stuff like this before, but it's been a function of stupidity.

I read on Yahoo last week about some idiot SD who is selling his vote to the highest bidder. I swear to God I hate how we nominate a candidate. &&&&& I know that “vote buying” is definitely illegal, no questions about it. Vote selling? Perhaps illegal, maybe in the gray zone. But if it is party person, whether committed delegate, alternate, or SD, certainly is a violation of a code of ethics, and I’m sure party rules somewhere specifically state that. It may even be illegal."
If you don't know that selling your vote is illegal, get out of this country. - zathlazip, on 05/17/2008, -2/+11I always knew these kids were rotten. -jbstonesfan
- carpespasm, on 05/17/2008, -2/+11When she drops out of the race she can't win.
- carpespasm, on 05/17/2008, -2/+8[citation needed]
please? - AlaskaLoneWolf, on 05/17/2008, -3/+11Wow. I can't believe that people still get shocked about this sort of thing. Like the Clintons ever had any ethics to begin with, geeze. Anyone remember the 'knowingly' illegal real estate deals? They just want to have two former U.S. Presidents eating at the same table, living under the same roof. At the rate we're going, we'll be living in a monarchy pretty soon.
- Redgrendel2001, on 05/17/2008, -0/+7Oh there is:) Wonk's blog, the one who broke this story, goes back a while and I think she has full logs going back for several months. The best part is going to be when Donna Brazile releases all the emails that HI44 sent her.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -14/+20This reminds me of the Ron Paul piss ants, donating in other peoples names back in September, then being completely shocked it was against the law.
What? I can't pretend to be someone else!?!?!?!? - AlaskaLoneWolf, on 05/17/2008, -0/+4Well, er, Hillary has been pretending to be a candidate for quite a while.
- Inaeth, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3Props to gsxrjason, for working in a Rachel Maddow quote. :)
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3It looks like you are using digg too. So that means you're a porn addicts who defends child molesters?
- Snof, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3Edwards has a few delegates, that's probably what's throwing your math off.
- CH3CH2OH, on 05/17/2008, -1/+5Well, right now the rules say that 2025 delegates are needed to get the nomination. If the Rules Committee decides on May 31 to reverse their ruling on FL/MI, then 2210 will be the number. But until then, 2025 (or is it 2026?) is still correct.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3So can you explain to me how Digg users in the Technology section commenting on their porn use relates to your support for Hillary?
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3I'm not trashing anyone, I'm just trying to understand the logic behind the things you are saying.
So if the reason you support Hillary is because you feel she is stronger in the General Election, once we have a nominee will you be voting for a Democrat in November regardless of which candidate it is? - veganbilly, on 05/17/2008, -1/+4I'll bring the Bedazzler
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -1/+4What's with everyone making this about sexism? It's getting ridiculous. Time to stop the infighting.

- minox, on 05/17/2008, -2/+6I think illegal contributions are more widespread than this incident lets on. In part it is because it is a farce to have these campaign finance laws that basically inhibit free speech by restricting the amount of money you can donate. For instance, if you check one of those sites that lists campaign contributions in your area, you're sure to find that if the head of the household has donated the max to a particular candidate, that person's children, often listed with the occupation "student," have also donated the max to the campaign as well. I doubt that most students have that amount of disposable income. This is particularly common in my area in New York.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -2/+4Primaries are to the General Election like Alchemy is to Chemistry.
- chaosium, on 05/17/2008, -1/+4According to the FEC, "Knowing and willful violations of certain FECA provisions can lead to imprisonment."
- haydesigner, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3And I would've gotten away with it too, if it weren't for hose pesky kids!
- richporter, on 05/17/2008, -1/+4Are you making up numbers now? Or are you just really that misinformed?
- MacSuxWindozSux, on 05/17/2008, -1/+3Falls under the category of accepting bribes.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3You really believe this, don't you? If we are going to go by the rules, FL/MI lost their delegates. Everyone was on board until Hillary needed to change the rules to stay in the game.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -3/+5Dugg for "piss ants"
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -1/+3I was talking to both of you. Take a deep breath.
- goomba323, on 05/17/2008, -1/+3You are addressing the women of Oregon on Digg as if you will somehow make an impact?? There are probably 3 women from Oregon on Digg. FAIL
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+2"this race isn't over" is a new slogan of hillary.
the "white race"? - bxblox, on 05/18/2008, -0/+2When/who/where was this?
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+2Thanks, wasn't sure if anyone would catch that.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -1/+2If that is true, then our country is already screwed beyond hope, because people like you are not willing to make decisions based on the issues that are is important. I honestly feel bad for you.
- StarlessKnight, on 05/17/2008, -0/+1This Election: It's only $250 dollars...
Next Election: It's only $250 dollars... from 10,000 different people.
"Only." - inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+2Prosecuting trolls? Well, you'll need an e-court and an e-judge.
If convicted, would they go to Internet Prison? - bxblox, on 05/18/2008, -0/+1I dunno... if your parents can afford to give away $4600+ why wouldn't they be able to give you $2300?
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -1/+2Ditto. We all know about the White Supremacist donations, are these connected?
- BeyondDGrave, on 05/18/2008, -2/+3Diggers sure like preaching to the choir.
- queotic, on 05/19/2008, -0/+1When the comment on a blog is a Hillary supporter knowingly breaking the law, then yes, it is news.
- scottc, on 05/18/2008, -0/+1More people have voted for Obama than for Hillary. Period. The only way to argue that she has a lead is to arbitrarily exclude tens of thousands of votes in states where she lost, and to include the votes that she gained in the illegitimate election in Michigan. People claiming that she is somehow more popular than Obama are simply poor losers.
- B08ama, on 05/17/2008, -5/+5This must be why Hillary's doing so well financially.
- Olivaise, on 05/17/2008, -0/+1I'm about to get out of this country anyway. This entire election has swelled beyond the typical histrionics of a presidential election.
I'll be in Sweden. - corpuscollossus, on 05/17/2008, -0/+2Take a look at the exit polls. Clinton's base is essentially the old, the ill educated and the prejudiced. A great deal of her early victories were on the back of higher name recognition, which is a huge advantage. Clinton has done some good as a senator, but she's shown her true quality in the nomination race. It was over after Super Tuesday, and has been a consistent downhill slide since then. Every day she remains in the race, McCain's chances improve. Personally, I hope this ends her political career for good.
- queotic, on 05/19/2008, -0/+1And that's why Obama is so important to our country right now. He's proving that you DON'T have to get your hands dirty to get ahead.
- Hincapie, on 05/18/2008, -0/+1i thought the campaign was in debt?
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -2/+2Willful suspension of disbelief.
