- solesoul, on 04/13/2008, -2/+284Honestly, when this race started, I did not hate Hillary. She's slowly but surely fixing that every day now.
- HYPEractive, on 04/13/2008, -8/+230Obama is a biracial man who grew up in a single family home during a time when biracial relationships were ILLEGAL. He worked his ass off, got accepted and graduated from TWO Ivy league universities.. TURNED DOWN corporate wall street jobs that would instantly pay six-figure salaries to follow his heart and work in community organizing, THEN TAUGHT Constitutional Law at one of the top Law Schools..
How the hell is he an elitist? Hillary, who's net worth is close to 100 times MORE than Obama is saying she's the "good-ole boy" . Obama is living the American dream. - Lava20, on 04/13/2008, -6/+191The 109 million dollar woman wants up to believe she cares about the common person? Who does she think she's fooling?
- kamerononfire, on 04/13/2008, -12/+121No bitch, you're not.
- coolian, on 04/13/2008, -17/+87Yeah....IN THE BUTT.
- aliengoods, on 04/13/2008, -2/+69She's more American? Is that what it's called when you try to get superdelegates to overturn the will of the voters.
- AtHomeBoy2000, on 04/13/2008, -4/+66Glad she cleared that up. I thought she was french.
- kessel, on 04/13/2008, -8/+65If she wins, then it's goodbye America.
- inactive, on 04/13/2008, -0/+50Slightly off topic, but hell, at the beginning of this race, I actually respected Mccain, and though I disagree with his political views, would've been happy to see him in the White House. Now he's just a disgrace. If this campaign has taught me one thing, it's that we really just need to boot the establishment out and start over.
- nmcvicke, on 04/13/2008, -3/+49She would make such an excellent Republican
- diggeradoo, on 04/13/2008, -4/+50Desperately grabbing for any way to grab another state. OH was her NAFTA lies. PA will be to twist an out-of-context comment by Obama. She is shameless.
- Infidelcastr0, on 04/13/2008, -4/+38Right the ***** on. I love how all the doubters don't seem to understand this. Obama is a shining example of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and working hard as hell to make a difference. His personal fortune is chump change compared to that of most presidential hopefuls, He got where is is today by inspiring average people to help his campaign however they could. He may not be perfect in every way but he's a damn sight better than the others and the first viable canidate in a long time who appears even remotely trustworthy. If we as a country let this rare opportunity pass us by then we deserve what we get.
- zeiben, on 04/13/2008, -4/+37Hillary and McCain are upset because Obama picked a scab that they preferred to leave alone. See, when government is inept or corrupt, they palliate the public with fear and division over trivial issues like guns and religion, and scapegoat the problems of the world on arabs, gays, or anyone else available. Hillary is now adding "educated elitists" to the list of scapegoats. No, as a middle class American, I'm not offended at being called bitter. I'm offended at the implication that I'm uneducated and don't aspire to learn and know anything. The only words of Obama's that have disturbed me this week are the words "deeply regret". He should regret nothing about what he said.
- michelsonmorley, on 04/13/2008, -4/+33Is she trying to lose?
- amdforever, on 04/13/2008, -11/+40Buried for inaccuracy.
- trotskyist, on 04/13/2008, -3/+31Are you ***** me?
It's like she's reverting back to a Jr. High girl with all her ***** lately. - Newton2001, on 04/13/2008, -5/+33I'm getting really tired of the Clintons.Give it up already; you lost!
- kevinzak21, on 04/13/2008, -1/+28The point is not the salary, but how you achieve your salary. Mommy and daddy paying loads of money to get you into a prestigious college is not as impressive as coming from a poor-as-***** family and building yourself up on hard work.
- PeoplesChoice, on 04/13/2008, -17/+43I HATE THIS BITCH SO BAD, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO TAKE UP ARMS IN A CIVIL WAR IF THE SUPERS STEAL THIS ELECTION FOR HER. Unless offcourse she wins the pledged delegates.
- zephyr42, on 04/13/2008, -0/+25She's vying for a VP position.... you know from McCain
- LoveAndSeagulls, on 04/13/2008, -0/+22at the beginning of this race i was just happy that bush will be gone
wait i still am
wee! - LoveAndSeagulls, on 04/13/2008, -1/+21*waits patiently for the remixed rap version*
- ezrastiles, on 04/13/2008, -1/+19sadly, yes
- fletcherrr, on 04/13/2008, -4/+22You know what? ***** it. I'm sick of Hillary. I'm not reading/digging another Hillary story until it's the one that says she's conceded the nomination.
- freshgrease, on 04/13/2008, -4/+22IF she is the definition of "American" I'd rather denounce my citizenship than be in league with that trash.
- pharmakon, on 04/13/2008, -0/+12yeah, the americans she knows arent bitter. because the americans she knows all make $100M a year like her.
- N3M3515, on 04/13/2008, -3/+15Americans are sick of hearing bickering children in political races, all she's doing is hurting herself.
- trizzlelv, on 04/13/2008, -4/+16YOU CALLED KEVIN?! WHY WOULD YOU CALL KEVIN!?$!
- cyberprunes, on 04/13/2008, -1/+12Yea, i love Hillary's logic "
1. Agree with the DNC that Michigan and Florida delegates will be excluded.
2. Whine about how undemocratic it is to not count Michigan and Florida (now that your slimy lying ass is behind)
3. Threaten to take the fight to the Convention and try to convince the Super Delegates to nominate her (against the pledged delegate and popular vote)
Hillary says.. Democracy is only Democracy if I'm the winner.. Hey Hillary GO ***** YOURSELF - fletcherrr, on 04/13/2008, -4/+15I wish I could bury Hillary instead of digging you up, but I will do it anyway. A digger after my own heart.
- xDynaBlade, on 04/13/2008, -1/+12She implied that he isn't American and that she is.
- mal1964, on 04/13/2008, -2/+13Is Obama more American than these people.
You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not."
"And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." - mannyqui, on 04/13/2008, -0/+11Word...... but it's not only about comparing, unfortunately it is much deeper than that..... she is IN FACT from her recent actions.... not a good hearted person...... only a political sales person for the real gevernments of our nation,,,,,,, the corps.
- hakz, on 04/13/2008, -2/+13what does it mean to be more american then someone else that is also american?
- Pake, on 04/13/2008, -2/+12He didn't suggest that religious beliefs depend on being bitter though. He said people are voting on only the things they can cling to because the previously administrations for decades have let everyone down. When you feel like you lost nearly everything, you start latching on to the only things you feel like you have left and will only vote on those issues, which are family, religion, and hell, to some people, guns.
- PeTeRZz, on 04/13/2008, -6/+16Maybe I missed the part where she said "I'm more American than he is"
-_- - Paranoidmarvin, on 04/13/2008, -2/+12She's not French, otherwise she would have surrendered by now
- inactive, on 04/13/2008, -5/+15What what?
- webefools, on 04/13/2008, -1/+10uh... i believe she grew up in a rich suburb of chicago...
- H1tchh1k3r, on 04/13/2008, -1/+10If she wins, she will shut down Digg.com
- cyberprunes, on 04/13/2008, -2/+10Well said.
- JosselynB, on 04/13/2008, -3/+11LOL!
- Daniel591992, on 04/13/2008, -2/+10Yeah, really...
I'm an Obama supporter but she didn't say that she's more American... - cledford, on 04/13/2008, -6/+14Slunt.
- Orat, on 04/13/2008, -4/+12You forgot that he also worked as a summer associate attorney for the law firm Sidley Austin, which probably paid in the upper 5-digit salary range.
He then worked for 9 years at another law firm, where he certainly made well into the 6-figures.
I like Obama and right now, he has my vote.
Just sayin'. - zephyr42, on 04/13/2008, -3/+11apparently me and you.... funny thing is jokes on her!
- jaymzdean, on 04/13/2008, -1/+8Yes, they can. It's just that this one does not, as has been illustrated so eloquently by the facts.
- AtHomeBoy2000, on 04/13/2008, -0/+7no offense. I picked a random country. I would never want to associate another country with the person that is Hillary Clinton.
- bethlagarrison, on 04/13/2008, -2/+9Practice? You talkin about practice? You askin me about practice? Not a game, not a game, not a game, practice. Practice?
