- JJCDAD, on 04/02/2008, -3/+82Please let Keith Olbermann get his teeth into this one!
- Satanael, on 04/02/2008, -1/+76Article date: March 31, 2008.
This cake is no lie! Success! - badqat, on 04/02/2008, -3/+56I've always said an HRC administration would make Nixon look like a saint. If a fresh HRC would do this, just imagine what she's possible of doing after all she's learned during her "35 years of experience"...
- manova, on 04/02/2008, -0/+42Search on Jerry Zeifman's own web page and you can find his original 1999 New York Post article.
http://www.jzeifman.com/ - Jawoodyablowme, on 04/02/2008, -1/+40I just heard about this today. The Talk Radio guys are having a blast with this. I hope this doesn't turn out to be an April 1st. prank!
- germ5150, on 04/02/2008, -4/+40I have been calling Hillary Clinton a pathological liar for years. It sure is fun to watch this liberal feeding frenzy by the same people that defended her just a few months/years ago. I hope Hillary enjoys this Olbermann style, nitpicking beatdown. Finally karma meets Clinton. ROTFL
- shadoweva09, on 04/02/2008, -1/+37There you have it, a new Cheney
- LMControl, on 04/02/2008, -2/+38Well...well...well..... imagine that. How come I can find out Bush has a DUI in his past, but something as important and meaningful as this to a presidential candidate isn't being covered by the main stream media???
- fotbr, on 04/02/2008, -1/+35Somehow, I'm not surprised at all by this.
- truthmatterz, on 04/02/2008, -2/+29Wow, we have got to get this info out.
- xDynaBlade, on 04/02/2008, -2/+28I got really excited and thought that "Hillary fired" somehow meant she had been cut from the race. I'm disappointed....
- Trillium2, on 04/02/2008, -3/+26I'm joining the ABC club. Mine eyes have been opened. Thanks.
- SCharb, on 04/02/2008, -2/+25Anybody But Clinton (I've never heard it called ABC before, but yeah.)
- mw113, on 04/02/2008, -1/+23No, she was on the Judiciary Committee, which after the Nixon scandal, she was fired:
"When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career."
So it's not a contradiction, just poorly worded. That case of the committee was closed. - inactive, on 04/02/2008, -1/+19Funnily enough, state bar associations only established the requirement that law students and young lawyers master the rules of professional conduct and ethics in response to all the shenanigans that occurred during Watergate. When Hillary was at Yale, she was not required to take Legal Profession or any equivalent class and she did not have to pass the MPRE to sit for the bar. Regardless, she should have known what she was doing (e.g. hiding relevant case law) was highly unethical.
- cheezintern, on 04/02/2008, -2/+19I was already pretty certain she was a dishonest, unethical lier. No surprise there. Still this was a very good article. Hopefully more people will come to their senses after reading it.
- Wronghead, on 04/02/2008, -8/+24In later news: Barack Obama is a Scientologist and John McCain eats puppies... while they are still alive.
Only in politics do you get bonus points for being a bigger douche-bag than everyone else. - NelsonR, on 04/02/2008, -1/+17WOW, want to bet Hillary says this is all lies?
- sixspeed, on 04/02/2008, -2/+17Good idea Jimmy! I'll call Lois and we'll all meet in the Chief's office in 20 minutes!!
- DiggLive, on 04/02/2008, -1/+16I noticed you didn't put MSNBC on your list. They've been exposing Hillary for a long time. Hardball, Race to the White House, Keith Olbermann, and Verdict are awesome political analysis. It's the only honest news channel out there and the only one I'll ever watch. Some HRC supporters out there might call it "bashing", I call it "exposing the truth"
- orangedude, on 04/02/2008, -2/+15I thought it was an April fools joke at first, considering the suspicious headline and the timing. It actually looks legit after reading it though, and I can't believe this has never been reported before on the MSM. Time to get the real Clinton story out there, please.
- Renian, on 04/02/2008, -1/+14Correction.
HUGE SUCCESS. - lead2thehead, on 04/02/2008, -3/+15In Hillary's defense, the Bosnia landing really DID happen... to Senator Olympia Snowe... 6 months earlier.
- smacksaw, on 04/02/2008, -0/+12First, that's not a logical comparison. Secondly, I've made it a point to listen to Wright a lot more and his comments are not inflammatory, but what he's commenting on should inflame all decent people.
Here's your logic: You're watching the evening news. Someone comes on and reports a bunch of US troop casualties. You say "that's inflammatory, they're trying to rile public passion against the war."
No they're not. Reporting on something how it is, that's inflammatory to you? So if Bush says the surge is working, is that's inflammatory? I have listened to this guy. Have you? And if you have, do you even know how to be objective?
Let me give you an example of objectivity over bias. I hate Fidel Castro. I think he is a murderous thug who has wasted the lives of countless of people and executed, jailed, enslaved and drove out many more. I couldn't like him less. However, when the biofuels thing started to become popular with Bush, he criticised Bush by saying that in a world where people are starving, using food to drive SUVs instead of feeding people is irresponsible and a crime against humanity. He's right.
You make no sense. But I'm sure that if you said something right, I'd agree with it. Your comment thus far is wrong. Kucinich, Gravel, Paul - none of them are a douche. And the more I learn about Obama, he's no douche, either. Bernie Sanders, a man whose politics I do not care for is MOST CERTAINLY not a douche. Say something right and people will agree with you. - jlee2081, on 04/02/2008, -3/+14ok so when do we get to see the diary?
- noahgelman, on 04/02/2008, -2/+13Damn, he pwns her right off the bat. No build ups or anything, just "Shes a liar"
- BlackSheepx, on 04/02/2008, -0/+11countdown@msnbc.com is Keith Olbermann, hardball@msnbc.com is Chris Matthews. Don't expect CNN or FOX to go after this one first... Let's help get this out there.
- inactive, on 04/02/2008, -1/+9I'm sure there are plenty of articles where you can look at pictures of the Wii or the iPhone while the adults are reading this.
- adhocadhoc, on 04/02/2008, -4/+12About time. Now, about McCain.
- kreneskyp, on 04/02/2008, -0/+8what he meant was her actions were moot because it no longer had an effect on the nixon impeachment. It obviously was still an issue but a much less important one because she was a nobody at the time.
- PopcornDave, on 04/02/2008, -1/+9If Obama wins he's going to have to watch his back enough. Why would he compound that by making her VP?
- MisteR2, on 04/02/2008, -1/+9Hiding court documentation relating to someone's defense on the stand, not much worse than inflammatory statements (of which some were quotes from someone else) made in a church.
If you're trolling, good job.
If not... good luck in when you meet Reality. A harsh mistress she will be to you. - vivaobama, on 04/02/2008, -2/+10What's the ABC club?
- cogentspirit, on 04/02/2008, -1/+8Hillary != the democratic party
or maybe you missed the part where the majority of us have been voting for Barack. - cogentspirit, on 04/02/2008, -3/+10Just a cautionary note before you take Zeifman at his word...The guy has been making a living lately writing articles for Newsmax. I want this Clinton story to be true because it would be the last nail in her coffin, but it might not be the nail we are looking for. It's time to research before we bury Hilary...but bring a shovel just in case.
- rironin, on 04/02/2008, -2/+9Just like Bush's heart was in the right place when he tortured people he thought were terrorists? You have to give the same rights to the scumbags that you give to the people who may actually be innocent. If Hillary (or anyone else) gets to override the law whenever she's pretty sure it's the right thing to do, it's just another dictatorship.
- fenwaydog, on 04/02/2008, -1/+8So, besides being a bald-faced liar, Hillary is also a thief. What a joke.
- pdxchris, on 04/02/2008, -1/+8Holy *****! This is one of the most damning things to ever come out about Clinton!
- MacEnvy, on 04/02/2008, -2/+9Bush has had more than just a DUI in his past. But yeah, I'd like to see this get out.
- MunsterBEar, on 04/02/2008, -1/+7Will people please stop grouping the "Dems" and the GOP together as if they all have picnics together on the weekends in order to come up with super-secret bad stuff to do. Look at the individuals.
- vivaobama, on 04/02/2008, -12/+18Great, such a huge piece of information but will the Main Stream Media (ahem ahem CNN, Fox) report this? Nope. That would end the race too early for them. Shame.
- inactive, on 04/02/2008, -0/+6So if Hillary says she is liar ,how are we to know she telling the truth?.My mind assplode.
- inactive, on 04/02/2008, -3/+8My biggest nightmare is if he chooses her as his VP................ I rather see John Bomb Bomb McCain win instead
- darmacc, on 04/02/2008, -1/+6Seems the Clintons have been diagnosed as Liars. I wonder if it's because they aren't good at covering up their lies or they just lie more
than the rest. Are we ever really voting for the true thing or just the best liars?..... hmm.. - SherlockH, on 04/02/2008, -1/+6I just do not think there are enough ways to say that this woman is a Kaaahhhhhhhhnnnnnnnnn...
