There are also people willing to help take care of the mother while waiting for her to have the child. I know this because I fit both categories.

We should not kill innocent kids because their father was a criminal, or their mother is poor. deal with that. The goal in the rare case of a pregnancy that truly threatens the mother's life should be to save the mother and child. Sadly we are not able to save the child in this case yet, but that procedure is not immoral. You save as many as you can.

Another thing that is sick is to make the victim (and the rest of society) pay taxes that pay for her own rapist's food, clothing and shelter in prison for a while and then release him to possibly become his victims neighbor. He should be put to death. An innocent child should be loved. You absolutely have the right to defend your body from a rapist btw. Hopefully with lethal force.
