- quakerorts, on 01/08/2008, -19/+198Billo sounds so egotistical and whiny in this video. I love how he's been reduced to working the rope line and begging for an interview. Pathetic.
- TheSwashbuckler, on 01/08/2008, -15/+150Upholding the Constitution?!
O'Lielly ought to try reading the Constitution for once in his miserable life... - henrikakselsen, on 01/08/2008, -9/+135Haha, I can't believe he actually aired that, believing that it would make himself look good. T
- unearth, on 01/08/2008, -16/+134"***** Bill O'Reilly"
-Snoop Dogg - AtHomeBoy2000, on 01/08/2008, -14/+98Wow, BillO is really an ass. i love how he sounds like a whinny child in the video let tries to say he is the upholder of the constitution. what a wack job. He's not press! ABC news is press. CNN is press. Heck, a reporter from Fox News is press. A talk show host is NOT press. He's a guy with an opinion.

"Al right Mr. O'Reilly, we're ready to tape now." - Soriven, on 01/08/2008, -7/+79The good thing is, I'm a lot younger than that *****... so I'll most likely be able to see him die.
- Tripw0l, on 01/08/2008, -8/+79Freedom of the press? Upholding the Constitution? I don't care how O'Reilly spins himself throwing a temper-tantrum, he does not have the right to put his hands on some one. You've gotta give credit to the big guy (Obama staffer that got pushed), it's not so easy to keep your cool with some one like O'Reilly trying to intimidate you.
- scrappyvintage, on 01/08/2008, -5/+57Yeah, I'm sure he was scared you ***** dumbass.
- happyseamonster, on 01/08/2008, -6/+53He tells the staffer, "That's low class"... LMFAO twice.
- SavageBlackCat, on 01/08/2008, -2/+49Uphold the Constitution? I'm pretty sure the Patriot Act did away with that.
- zydeco, on 01/08/2008, -2/+42Or Obama knows he doesn't need O'Reilly to make his campaign successful.
- diggimator, on 01/08/2008, -2/+32Can I tell my classmate that if she doesn't strip for my "shots," she's violating the sacred constitution?
- senorcool, on 01/08/2008, -8/+37"That's violation of freedom of the press"... But manipulating the ***** out of it is cool.
- orion846, on 01/08/2008, -5/+34biggest. piece of *****. on television.
- NCSUspoon, on 01/08/2008, -5/+31Sorry Bill'O but it's not your job to uphold the constitution. I guess the next time your favorite president violates international law or domestic law for that matter, given by your explaination, we should ummmm......uphold the constitution.
- oboredone, on 01/08/2008, -2/+27***** YOU BILL!
(And Frank) - chaosium, on 01/08/2008, -1/+26Yes, and she hates America.
- iburl, on 01/08/2008, -9/+32Freedom of the press includes the freedom to get a taller cameraman who can get the shot himself without Falafel Bill getting his panties in a wad. Olbermann is right, Billo is insane. "Senator! A Question! We came all the way here. Pout! Whine! Sniff!" Like he deserves one second of Obama's time.
- minoss, on 01/08/2008, -4/+26I'd love to see what happens when he tries this with a secret service agent.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -2/+24He had the freedom to be at this event. The 6'8 guy had the freedom to stand wherever he ***** wants and not to be touched. His "shot" is worth nothing. He's the media. He's supposed to stand by the side and beg for attention like a dirty whore. He doesn't have any rights or priviledges on that room. He's just another douche with a camera.
And when he touched the big guy, he gave the big guy the right to punch him in the face. I'm just sorry he didn't. It would've been the most popular video in the history of the internet. - scrappyvintage, on 01/08/2008, -11/+30I thought it was an excellent feat of restraint for that individual not to lay that ***** O'Really on the floor. It never ceases to amaze me how UTTERLY ***** STUPID the people who get their facts from "The Factor" are (we can imagine how many redneck scumbags are sitting at home with a beer at 11:00 am watching this ***** and gettin' all riled up screamin,"Kill em Bill!" while beating their wives.)
- Raisedshoulder, on 01/08/2008, -3/+21No Bill, you're low class.
- Mononuclear, on 01/08/2008, -2/+20There is nothing wrong with standing in front of a camera even if it's on purpose. Freedom of the press doesn't mean freedom to push everyone out of your way to try and get a shot.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -19/+36billy the loofa lover has declared war on the American public by continuously lying on his seditiously delivered show for old ignorant stoups. Seditious works here because the government in it's original pre 1913 form was a government of and for the people. Loofa lover wants it to shift the government to a more powerfully unbalanced totalitarian styled government where the power is in the fewest hands possible. This is a result of a republic gone wrong, representatives that steel, cheat, lie & kill for power and money. We need to shift to a truer Democracy because now the mob has become as smart or smarter that the representatives. Bottom line- billy the bum wants that power too, and like our elected officials, or by their example, he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Greed incarnate!
- nosecohn, on 01/08/2008, -3/+20Really? I'm not so sure. There were so many cameras there that a guy that size would have been blocking somebody's shot no matter where he stood.
Either way, Bill is just a bully. "I had no choice but to uphold the constitution." LOL! - zerosum, on 01/08/2008, -7/+24LOL @ Anyone that even takes this guy seriously. Did you all forget that O'reilly is a SEX OFFENDER that has harrassed at least one of his co-workers? He spent a lot of time and money to put that one under the table. So why are you suprised that he is now assaulting people to get them on his show?
- NCSUspoon, on 01/08/2008, -4/+20Im fairly certain that Fox made him.
- MrNexus, on 01/08/2008, -2/+18His fans are probably stupid enough to believe him.
- iankino, on 01/08/2008, -1/+16The only time he finds it convenient to uphold the constitution is if it is to help promote the Republican party, however he ignores the constitution if a Republican wants to pass a law that violates the constitution.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -3/+18The staffer acted like a child? You got it wrong.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -4/+19Yes. So what? Obama has no obligation to allow Bill OReilly to photograph or interview him.
- Mononuclear, on 01/08/2008, -1/+16Can you point out case precedent or something somewhere where standing in front of a camera has been proven to violate the first amendment right of the press? He has every right to stand there and block the shot all day. Freedom of the press doesn't mean you get to go automatically to the front of the line to get a shot you want and push people out of the way if they are in front of your camera.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -8/+23I believe he's limited to comic books as far as reading goes... he like to loofa while he listens though.
- Mononuclear, on 01/08/2008, -1/+15and the guy blocking the shot has a right to be there. Bill has a right to be there.. he doesn't have the right to make people move out of his way.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -1/+15Bill might have gotten the shot down there if he hadn't been an ass. The press is not strictly speaking meant to be down there, I know, I'm in the business. They get away with it if they're respectful but this ***** is out of line. He doesn't have a free hand to run down there and barge into the front, it's a security no-no, and it's plain stupid. He should have simply moved.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -6/+19Bill OReilly isn't "the press." He's an "entertainer." Remember?
- terracottapai, on 01/08/2008, -0/+13Mmm... rejected.
Next. - chaosium, on 01/08/2008, -0/+13You are not a captain of industry, gamestop employee.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -2/+14This is one of the most hilarious videos I've ever seen on this website. Dugg and dugg.
- jun2san, on 01/08/2008, -6/+18"***** Bill O'Reilly"
-jun2san - matthewf01, on 01/08/2008, -2/+14Oooo, he blocked the shot!
- Mononuclear, on 01/08/2008, -2/+14freedom of press and speech does not give you the right to push other people out of your way.. that's called assault...
- Jenadae, on 01/08/2008, -3/+15That just made me that much happier thanks for pointing that out
- HypocriteDigg, on 01/08/2008, -2/+13I thought it was hilarious. He laughed it off. If it was a neocon pussy in his shoes, he would have tackled Bill, got his buddies to hold him down, and then taserd him a few times.
- zydeco, on 01/08/2008, -0/+11Yet here you are on Digg as well.
- bsl4doc, on 01/08/2008, -1/+11I wonder if I'm younger than didiman, too...
- MindStalker, on 01/08/2008, -1/+11Freedom of the Press is the right to say or write what you want to say. It does not extend past that, government can attempt to block your news gathering attempts all it wants in reality, and it often does.
- inactive, on 01/08/2008, -2/+12So the press can go anywhere, right? Even barge into a restricted area, a military base, or a motorcade? Briefings, cabinet meetings? Freedom of the press has nothing to do with this incident.
- robdiggity, on 01/08/2008, -2/+12Why insult comic books?
