In October 2000, Curtis was asked by Tom Feeney (R), then Speaker of the House in Florida, to write a computer program that would render electronic voting fraud undetectable. Curtis did just that.

  • SatoriSeeker, on 07/27/2008, -0/+1As a programmer I will attest that he's 100% spot on in his testimony. All of the things he mentioned are not only possible they are incredibly easy to do when there is no paper trail to call your electronic tallies into question.

    It is not he who votes that counts. It is he who counts the votes.
