Sex slavery is the problem. If a woman wants to get paid for sex and a man is willing to pay for sex and everything is on the up and up then it should be fair game. Forcing it onto the black market causes the pimps and sex slave traders to dig their claws even deeper into the women and industry. There will always be hookers. - pintomp3, on 10/12/2007, -8/+33mrharvey: b b but clinton! are you saying he's not a regular commentator on fox news? you neglect to mention he also worked for republicans like trent lott, jesse helms, and mike huckabee. this isn't the first time he's been involved in a scandal with prostitutes.
- EntropyMan, on 10/12/2007, -3/+24That would be nice, but the Madam is trying to get her charges dropped by indirectly pressuring the bigwigs on the list.
It may never be released if she gets off first, so to speak. - jobenly, on 10/12/2007, -5/+25Since the discretion part of the deal is over, do all the clients get their $300 back?
- interg12, on 10/12/2007, -5/+23@mrharvey518 (#6419332)
thousands of people work in the exectuitve branch. this one happens to make a living off trashing them with his books and on tv 4 nights week on FOX. - sneakeykop, on 10/12/2007, -3/+20please release all the names...
- Kmack928, on 10/12/2007, -10/+26i heard donald rumsfeld paid $500 an hour to have a hooker say "Iraq is greeting us as liberators" over and over while he worked one out into a sock.
that mental image made me wince... - interg12, on 10/12/2007, -12/+27@greymaxcat
because fox is political. Murdoch and Ailes acknowledge it. this entire thing should be about politics, especially if "moral character" is such an important virtue among candidates these days. - gweezil, on 10/12/2007, -16/+31"Because they ***** deserve it. That's why."
Translation- I am perfectly willing to engage in the VERY same tactics that I give others ***** for. But, when I do it, it's perfectly fine.
*****. - elcaminos, on 10/12/2007, -6/+18Gweezil nailed it. Keep making everything about right vs left, and I'm sure the country can only grow stronger.
- EntropyMan, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14Not dropped per se, but kicked out. She said she wants them to testify that they never had sex with her escorts, which is likely what they would say when named. But I would not be completely surprised if the prosecutor suddenly found a lack of evidence of any crime having been committed.
- sonaro, on 10/12/2007, -5/+16Photo of Dick Morris.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Dick_Morris.jpg - EntropyMan, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14It seems LittleDick keeps getting BigDick into trouble.
- littlebylittle, on 10/12/2007, -4/+14Didn't Dick and Dick get Dick in trouble before?
- interg12, on 10/12/2007, -8/+18@sonaro (#6416672)
he's soooooo cute! like a teddy bear, except that he hates the clintons - swrostmore, on 10/12/2007, -4/+14yeah, I hate how they are doing it one by one. Just release the whole list already!
- venicerocco, on 10/12/2007, -20/+30"Why try to tie it to fox and make a political?"
Because they ***** deserve it. That's why. - briangig, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11marked as inaccurate, trying to link fox news and this 'scandal' to make the front page....
check out the wikipedia article on Mr. Morris, he ain't no angel. - bufmike, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10Can't wait for the congressmen's names to start coming out!!
- venicerocco, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10Um, is there a photo of her?
Just for research purposes of course... - Kmack928, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8sweet, so if a someone goes through one sex scandal they are immune from them forever afterwards?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Strippers make six figures... Image what a hot prostitute in a high volume area like NYC would fetch...
- stepnw1f, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8Ahhh yes... Mr. Morals get's exposed for what he really is: a hypocrite of the worst kind. More conservative family values brought to you by ....... drum roll please....... Dick Morris himself! Now what's that about Clinton and the democrats? Exactly, STFU!
- hagbard72, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10Oh please...Bill O'Reilly!! That would make my day.
- Dayyve, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10HAHA, my willy just crawled up inside me.
- dcj623, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Quote from the article:
"Dick Morris, the television commentator and former adviser to President Bill Clinton, who resigned in 1996 after reports that he was seeing a prostitute, was also a customer, Ms. Palfrey’s lawyer has said in court. Mr. Morris has denied the accusation." - killinger777, on 10/12/2007, -12/+17OMG foxnews is in the title!! Digg Digg Digg! Who cares if he's not an anchor and he already admitted to seeing prostitutes. Digg Digg Digg!
***** sheep. - Prysorra, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6"you assume to know what i would or would not digg."
Err...we can see your digg history. Sorry :- - Fhionnlaoch, on 10/12/2007, -4/+9"A prostitute is someone who'll love you no matter who you are or what you like...
That's not why you pay a prostitute, no you don't pay her to stay,
you pay her to leave afterwards. Prostitutes, Prostitutes, Prostitues!" - Cattttt, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Big surprise - Mr. Morris has a track record - so what. Ask me if I care. DC is a hotbed of hot beds - check some of the motels in VA at lunchtime.
And he's not an anchor! - Dayyve, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8Scabby crack whores in my area are $10 a blow - you don't even want to think about having sex with them they are so nasty. $300 should score you a real nice looking girl. The super-hotties at the Gibson's downtown go for $1000 for an evening.
- AlfaWolph, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7This isn't about prostitution. It's about the hipocrisy present given the right-wing's anti-prostitution stance.
That said, old habits are hard to break aren't they? - chicoer2001, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5How many hours has it been since the last DC scandal?
- Arrakistor, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Although this is a funny situation where so many DC losers are going to get outed, I can't help but feel their privacy is being violated. But I suppose turn-about is fair play, since they have colluded together to strip US citizens of their rights and privacy. Funny how I just saw some doofus on MSNBC talking about this as it were a violation of privacy, but I think I recall him giving some commentary last year about how the US Gov needs the ability to tap phones without warrants, go through bank records, detain citizens and seize assets. I suppose he finally remembered we all have something to hide.
Guess it is time to publish the list on the web and let the bloggers rip it apart. If the people were willing to impeach clinton for lying about a blowjob, I can only imagine what will happen to the rats who fall out of the walls this time. Put on your rain hats and prepare for the "moral outrage". - 29Victor, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5He doesn't hate the Clintons, he hates Hill, he loves Bill.
He admitted long ago to using hookers, this is not news.
He's not an anchor. - elcaminos, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8Why is there a pathetic desire to politicize everything? As if the entire list is going to consist solely of republican politicians and fox news contributors?
- loveandrockets, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6I believe prostitution should be legalized but I find this 'outing' really amusing.
Now that top administration officials are going to have their careers ruined for this it fills me with glee. Powerful people are not above the law----and they deserve the same as a guy in a pickup truck on "Cops" picking up a scabby $10 crack whore. - bjornski, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8When are we going to see charges pressed against these JOHNS for SOLICITING PROSTITUTES?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7$300 is a lot.
Scabby crackwhores are probably around $15-20, haha. - swrostmore, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8I dont think the pimp is trying to get her charges dropped. Its way too late for that, now that this is already in the public sphere. What this is, is sweet sweet revenge.
- dawg109, on 10/12/2007, -12/+16close enough..........he is on Shamefully and Colmes or Bill "sexual harrassment" Orielly at least 3 nights a week.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8I'm not the one who wrote the slanderous and inaccurate headline. You have no problem slandering Fox News. Be fair for once.
Burying this as inaccurate. - Cameleopard, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5I concur with what some others are saying: don't turn this into one-sided political sniping. If names are to be released, release them all. I don't think prostitution should be illegal, but I must admit that I relish the idea of hypocritical politicos being exposed.
Not entirely related, but Dick Morris is one hell of a creep. - benmarvin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4What's wrong with hookers though?
- Muyoso, on 10/12/2007, -12/+16They deserve it? Says you. Personally, I think CNN deserves it, I think the NY Times deserve it, and I think Reuters deserves it. So why make this political? Each of the media outlets ive named have done dumb ***** in the past, and I am sure Fox has as well. Fox deserves a throw away mention at best, not the complete LIE of a headline that is meant to make this sensational, and is meant to throw liberals in such a frothy tizzy that they digg up the article without caring about facts.
- greymaxcat, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8So rising above and being a better person is beyond you... I get it. You all are so full of hate and rage you cant see beyond your ideology.
- Miraa, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Dick Morris is not an anchor, he's a contributor. He was the chief political strategist for the Clinton administration. Buried as inaccurate.
- KF6BBL, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4So do we have a pool yet on what day she gets wacked?
- Dhalsim007, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Buried as inaccurate ... Morris is NOT a Fox News anchor. He is a political strategist who works with multiple Democrats and Republicans, and appears in various media outlets. He was most notably a consultant/advisor to the Clinton White House, and had to resign in 1996 during the Dems' convention, due to a similar incident.
- Hartline83, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4The article says that Morris has denied it. I thought there was some legal precedent... what was it? Oh yeah...
Innocent until PROVEN guilty. Those Duke Lacrosse players know a little something about it. He has only been accused; by an accused Madam no less.... -
