- IrishJoe, on 11/30/2007, -8/+131Now that we know that Bush was arrested for DUI and that Cheney was arrested twice for DUI, they should have used their real mug shots.
- Moxsea, on 11/30/2007, -8/+83The mug shots might confuse little kids? How might we better clarify, let me count the ways.
- sundancekid503, on 11/30/2007, -4/+75Are they insane? These are probably more likely to fool senior citizens, little kids would be the first ones saying "OMG PHOTOSHOPP'D!!".
- openj, on 11/30/2007, -6/+63I think they'll be more confused by the fact that some people can commit unbelievably grievous crimes against citizens of multiple nations and get away with it.
- allthecool, on 11/30/2007, -6/+58Hopefully the mugs shots won't have to be photoshopped soon.
- theNazz, on 11/30/2007, -9/+60Fox confuses adult children into believing their propaganda ...
- toddcat, on 11/30/2007, -3/+42Kids are plenty smart. They know when people bend rules and stack the odds against people.
- JerodSlay, on 11/30/2007, -1/+34Art doesn't have to be fair and balanced, "News" does.
- lohphat, on 11/30/2007, -6/+34Think of the children!
When the going gets tough, Conservatives hide behind children. - milliamp, on 11/30/2007, -1/+19"Now that we know"?
We knew this before the first election. - obliviousfool, on 11/30/2007, -3/+18I, for one, hope that kids are not confused by these images. There should be no doubt in any child's mind that these people are criminals.
- inactive, on 11/30/2007, -4/+17little kids don't use photoshop. they would most likely say "OMG MS PAINTED!!!!"
- oslointhesummer, on 11/30/2007, -0/+12My little brother is twelve and he uses photoshop. In fact, they teach photoshop in art class in his grade.
- demonsnake69, on 11/30/2007, -4/+15The little kids would stop thinking that their leaders are good people and this would cause their little worlds to fall apart.
- Loonacy, on 11/30/2007, -2/+13"The date for Karl Rove is July 11, 2003, the day on which he leaked Valerie Plame's identity."
Ahem... Allegedly? - quaxon, on 11/30/2007, -2/+12I think the bigger news is that republicans were in the ***** library!
- djkaos, on 11/30/2007, -2/+12How is this any different from the political cartoons in the newspaper? Both are satire. And last I checked, there was still a crumb or two of the first amendment left, meaning it's protected free speech. Oh, and what's the big deal about this being in a public library? If I'm not mistaken, many different viewpoints can be found within the books contained there, and I highly doubt anyone would agree with all of them. If we should censor the art, we most surely should censor the books as well.
- geoboy, on 11/30/2007, -8/+18Yes, Fox Noise, this is so unfair and unbalanced. From now on, whenever a Republican commits a crime, a random Democrat also needs to be charged with the same crime. It's only fair. It keeps things nice and balanced.
- pintomp3, on 11/30/2007, -1/+10even when the going doesn't get tough.
- Damian91, on 11/30/2007, -2/+10Don't worry people, we shall have real ones soon hopefully.
- UncleBadTouch, on 11/30/2007, -2/+9"So one sided"....That was said by someone on Fox "News"
- banthis, on 11/30/2007, -3/+10I saw the mugshots today at school and we all said the same thing,
It's about time eh :P - Feigne, on 11/30/2007, -4/+11When the hell did he mention anything pertaining to CNN?
Pointing out the flaws of one news outlet, one that was not even mentioned, I might add, does not justify the reliance on one that carries the same flaws.. if not ones that are worse. - tidu, on 11/30/2007, -2/+9omg fingerpainted
- zantos420, on 11/30/2007, -1/+8the mugshot of bush? awesome. totally freakin' awesome!
- inactive, on 11/30/2007, -3/+9The question is...would they EVER FIGHT FOR YOU?
- EarlOfLade, on 11/30/2007, -1/+7Based on the contents and tone of your post, you must be very liberal then!
- ChaosMotor, on 11/30/2007, -2/+8Bush apologists can't actually state positions, they can only finger point at other misbehavior.
- inactive, on 11/30/2007, -4/+10Well don't you sound like a jerk. You've made a plethora of assumptions, several of which are "low-classed and hate-drenched".
- postalblowfish7, on 11/30/2007, -0/+6you have no idea what you are talking about. art can't have a political agenda? guess you've never heard of jacques louis david...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacques-Louis_David - daEvan, on 11/30/2007, -1/+6That sounds like my kind of elementary school.
- whataboutdave, on 11/30/2007, -9/+14Some people just can't take a joke.
- ChaosMotor, on 11/30/2007, -1/+6Since when does art have to be fair and balanced?
- kahlessreborn, on 11/30/2007, -3/+8Only in my dreams
- MasterFunk, on 11/30/2007, -0/+5I understand what they are getting at.
Though I can tell they are photoshopped by the pixels and having seen quite a few photoshops in my days. One less qulified then I, might come to a differing conclusion. Leaving the situation scared and confused about the president. - timjim31, on 11/30/2007, -1/+6I must be looking at different kids because the ones i see are generally not very smart
- GuertyMof, on 07/14/2008, -3/+8Nothing says "low-classed", "hate-drenched" or "extremist political message" quite like that confederate flag avatar you've got there.
- EarlOfLade, on 11/30/2007, -0/+5This is not a thread for posting pictures of oneself, but thank you for sharing your own mugshot!
- medicis, on 11/30/2007, -1/+6
Oh, Nasticomical, I had not realized there was anybody left who liked Bush and was still competent to type. You must be feeling pretty alone, sweetie pie. No wonder you are so full of bile. - cfuse, on 11/30/2007, -1/+6People who take Fox seriously are beyond help. Can we just please ignore Fox so it will go away.
- ChaosMotor, on 11/30/2007, -2/+6Let's make those dreams reality!
- Elranzer, on 11/30/2007, -1/+5It's not the little kids that have their little worlds they live in. It's the deranged 23%, you know who I'm talking about...
- DNABeast, on 11/30/2007, -1/+5Oh no. Those kids are getting confused? Now those young children's votes will be misrepresented.
- medicis, on 11/30/2007, -1/+5actually, a picture with him in a noose would have been much more appropo.... with a special caption depicting the court's order that the sentence be carried out.
- Abaddon1125, on 11/30/2007, -0/+4I highly recommend you take a few art history courses before you go making blanket statements that politically controversial images aren't art. I'm pretty sure the artist wanted these images to be both controversial and artistic. In a lot of ways it is very Dada in the way it mocks the establishment.
- scott2007, on 11/30/2007, -1/+5It's utterly amazing you're the first person to point that out. Artistic purposes! Pffffffff! Digg should issue hip boots and a shovel to each new member.
- clafleche, on 11/30/2007, -0/+4disingenuous? really? it seem fairly earnest to me. and what's this ***** with it not being art because it has a viewpoint? the history of art would be incredibly boring if it were a bunch of still life paintings.
- grrrrrrrrrrrrrr, on 11/30/2007, -0/+4Is America no longer the land where dreams are fulfilled?
- mattewood, on 11/30/2007, -1/+5God damn Fox news does a good job of hiring actors who can play the part of being an idiot.
- Speed, on 11/30/2007, -2/+5Last I checked, it was adults who voted Bush in twice (yes I know the first election was actually for Gore, but keep in mind that enough Americans voted that it was close enough to steal)
