familyrights.us — With the passing of the 1997 "Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act", it has become alarmingly evident that the foster-children of our nation have been significantly and inappropriately exposed to powerful pharmaceuticals that are being prescribed, often because of a case worker's mere statement of difficulty with handling the child.
