- hotkinkydad24, on 01/16/2009, -0/+7I am the prophet, Warren entity is a false prophet. Behold I say unto you, he who holds himself as the one who knows the will of God, is a mad man or woman. He seeks his own fame and fortune and is in fact that endless wolf in sheep's clothing. He is the dark knight.
- cicerojnr, on 01/17/2009, -0/+4He could have cited some successful peaceful movements, but instead chose three that are responsible for:
World War II - 50-70million deaths
Great leap forward - 30million deaths to starvation, some years after a violent revolt
Gulags - upward of 7million casualties
Think long and hard about how dangerous it is for a potentially large movement to cite the founders of regimes that killed a hundred million people worldwide as influences. - HumanNouveau, on 01/17/2009, -0/+3Not sure what you mean by that. Are there any "real" gods to be had? Seems they're all false, and their proponents all frauds or fools.
- HumanNouveau, on 01/17/2009, -0/+3I want to puke.
Wake up, ignorant Christian dupes! - novenator, on 01/17/2009, -0/+2I think most of them hit the snooze button
- inactive, on 01/18/2009, -0/+2Obama would get better press if he were a scientologist. Where does he find these guys ?
He shops for preachers like he is picking a head coach, all business. - timethief, on 01/22/2009, -0/+1I find it outrageous that Rick Warren claims that that God had personally instructed him to seek, for the good of the world, more influence, power and fame.
Perhaps he's the fabled anti-Christ. I mean, who really knows for sure? I was under the impression that the role model for Christian pastors was Jesus, who was humble, and who taught the antithesis of seeking more influence, power and fame, in his parables but I suppose I could be wrong. - HumanNouveau, on 01/17/2009, -0/+1Bad enough that he represents the latest evolution of Christianity - the Crusades, the Inquisition, periodic pogroms and purges of all kinds. The last thing we need to do with ugly things like this is wake them up or revive them. Let them die off and good riddance.
- hotkinkydad24, on 01/16/2009, -1/+1The mkore we find, the more we are offended that you are putting false gods upon the stand of the people.
