- RavyneHawke, on 10/11/2007, -3/+35The video clip from CNN has already been edited to exclude the Q&A session at the end of the interview where Fox told Larry King about the amero. If you want to see it all, the transcript still has the Q&A session.. FOR NOW. We will see how long that lasts as well. Corsi of WND broke the story on Alex Jones' show this morning and Jones is having screenshots of the full transcript taken to preserve the Q&A session.
- Takalth, on 10/10/2007, -5/+33So, are we still nutty conspiracy theorists in tinfoil hats, or will people start admitting that this is going on?
- Zlaya, on 10/10/2007, -9/+37lets see how quickly the dig burry brigade burries this piece of breaking news as "spam"
- digalphabeta, on 10/11/2007, -4/+26It's nice that our president is working behinds the scenes to destroy this country and convert it into a third world hellhole like Mexico. Is it so hard to not be a traitor when your president?
- johnb321, on 10/16/2007, -11/+26This is why we need Ron Paul.
- geddon, on 10/11/2007, -2/+15How will we ever build a high enough wall to keep all those Amero's from crossing the border?
- zeitgueist, on 10/10/2007, -4/+16Calm down there sparky.
- bigdoug, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11Even Larry King gets it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- DesertDad, on 10/10/2007, -5/+16Well folks, tell your friends, neighbors and representatives:
1. Nord Balkanique
2. Land of Liberty
3. Tierra de la Mordida
Pick One
This SPP nonsense is leading us down the road Europe has taken. Notice that along the way they have become overrun with immigrants, a significant number of whom are bent on destroying Western political institutions. It's called jihad. When the Amero is in place and we have opened our borders even wider than now, the jihadis will walk and fly in and complete the work they began over a decade ago. - ydarlingnikkiy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11yeah this is definately going down. its already happened in europe and africa, wed be stupid to expect it not to be in the works here.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9That's okay, now we have Chassit and geddon filling in for them, among others. You have to wonder what is wrong with someone like geddon who idolizes a mass-murdering communist like Che Guevara (see his profile photos) and who thinks "global unity" is the way to go.
- DrReaper, on 10/10/2007, -5/+14You can say what you want about Mexico at least Vicente Fox has the guts to tell everyone what is going on. Bush just talks a bunch of smack and the media lets him get away with it. I still have friends that don't believe this is happening even when I tell them I can show them proof. BTW By the way bush is acting I am starting to believe 9/11 was an inside job. What a better excuse to invade the middle east could you come up with? After all its evident he doesn't care about this country. Never in the history of the world has a steel building been destroyed from a fire.
- lazerus9, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9Where's "Rogerstrong" and "Captain No Brains". Cat got your tongue? You littered an entire post thread last week ridiculing everyone offering the same scenario that Fox just revealed!
- Ruler4you, on 10/11/2007, -0/+8I watched the interview with Vicente Fox and he appeared to be a manipulative man who couldn't answer the hard questions regarding reform in the mexican government, for instance. He had nothing. Every question came back to the U.S. being the one that needs to lift the poor incompetent mexicans out of their social and economic malaise. All of the problems that exist were tied in to the U.S. denial of mexican dual citizenship demands. It's all about our money. Lazy? Users?
- TeachX3, on 10/10/2007, -4/+12Ok please forgive my ignorance, but these are honest questions I have...
1) Would it help if the individual States separated from the federal government, can that even be done?
Fox noted the FTAA plan had been thwarted by Hugo Chavez, the radical socialist president of Venezuela.
"Everything was running fluently until Hugo Chavez came," Fox commented. "He decided to combat the idea and destroy the idea."
2) Could it be that Hugo Chavez is not the terrible bad guy that we have been told, that maybe he was just against Bush and that was covered up quickly and he was made out to be the 'evil' person?
3) Can The People not overturn the government? Can we not come together (civil war?) and take a stand and remove the anti American government from power?
I realize these questions may be nieve... but anyone have any answers? - LBTS, on 10/10/2007, -4/+111) United we stand, divided we fall.
2) Hugo Chavez has shut down television stations, radio stations, and newspapers that opposed him and his policies, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Hugo Chavez is "the terrible bad guy that we have been told."
3) People can overturn their government in a number of ways. In America we can still do it in the voting booth.
It doesn't matter whether or not your questions are naive, at least you are asking them. - gibbwake, on 10/11/2007, -4/+11Research the north american union. This is a plot to destroy our country and constitution, dont let it happen.
- detokaal, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7C'mon people. I thought everyone already knew this was going to happen. Are you telling me there are Americans unaware of the NAFTA Superhighway and the Amero? Do you only listen to ABC, CBS and NBC?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Did you read Fox's answer? The answer is that it wasn't limited to Latin America, but to ALL of South America as well as North America (except for Venezuela because of Chavez).
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7What happens when the government decides that "for the greater good of the majority" that it would be best to lock up all "political terrorists" who agree with whatever specific opinion you happen to have on a certain issue?
Yes there are tons of things our countries do not like about each other, which is exactly why we should all stay independent and sovereign nations. - chiricahua, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6You must be a welfare recipient...or a corporate CEO
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6And the ANSWER was about the currency and trade agreements for the entire western hemisphere - both North America and South America... read the damn article and quit spreading your disinformation!
- lazerus9, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Your right! Of course!.............And we will oppose and expose these rats , where ever we find them.
- conceptkid, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9I see this as a good thing that he is talking about this on National TV, it gives the public time to stop any plan they may try and force upon us. If they were truly evil, they would not even make a peep about it. One good thing about America is that the public and the internet can truly stop some of these globalization attempts by getting the word out insanely fast. Everyone has woken up to their *****. Even though its hard to see sometimes, we the people DO make a difference.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6No, THAT'S why you're an idiot, and not to mention because you idolize the mass-murdering communist Che Guevara, and because you think Capitalism is evil.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Read the article please. Fox clarified that it would be a currency for all of both North America and South America - not just Latin America.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6No, we don't, because most other nations do not share the same principles of inalienable rights that we do. Americans who value their rights do not want to see them thrown away by some foreign or global entity.
- geddon, on 10/16/2007, -4/+9Holy Crap, man. A North American Currency is the Sign of the Devil? You're right. I didn't know that.
- deeside, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6Umm ... NO ... I think you need to read the Holy Bible ... From the Old Testament, specifically the books of Daniel and Ezekiel .. from the new testament, the Gospels, the letters of John, and the Revelation given to John. Funny, isn't it, how all this stuff going on was foretold over 2000 years ago ... Hmmmm?
- Nevpat, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5We cannot fix anything until we take responsibility for our actions! We the people were supposed to be the gate keepers of our Republic! We allowed ourselves to be fooled by very smart elites! When Teddy Roosevelt created national parks we should have said no! When FDR concocted the new deal we should have said no! When almost every single President slowly chipped away at the Constitution we should have taken to the streets and demanded strict adherence to the Constitution! We allowed our country to be stolen from us and only we can save it! Give your time and money to organizations and leaders who will return our country to Constitutionality!
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Too many ignorant trolls and truth deniers burying it.
Informed People: "Hey look trolls! Fox just proved you wrong - there really is a plan for a continental union and currency! We were right all along and you were wrong!"
Trolls: "Bury, Bash, Insult, Ignore" - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+51 day and still not on the front page w/229 hits. Fark,Drudge, reddit also ignoring it. Wonder why?
- inboxnews, on 10/10/2007, -4/+9Thanks for the update.

Ummm...How about you put down "The Late Great Planet Earth" (crap) and "Left Behind" (crappy book, even crappier movie), turn off Jack Van Impe, stop using the newspaper to interpret Scripture and actually do some critical Bible study? Scofieldism is barely 100 years old (of course I don't expect you to know that since most evangelicals are COMPLETELY ignorant of any history beyond their own childhood) and was not the view held by the early church or even during the reformation.
Go back and consider this for starters - Matthew 24 is held by Scofieldites to be yet future. Yet in 70 A.D. the temple in Jerusalem fell and the stones of the temple were in fact overturned by the Roman soldiers after it was set to the torch (refer to Josephus' account of the fall of Jerusalem). It would seem to me that Christ meant what he said when he said "this generation" (and you call yourselves literalists - hmph). It would also seem to me that this was fullfilled.
Get real. - inactive, on 10/17/2007, -0/+5Glad you're so up to speed on current events. If Ron Paul is elected President of the United States, he will stop this treason cold in its tracks and restore the United States' sovereignty per our Constitution
- glasnostic, on 10/11/2007, -3/+8FTA: "Mr. Fox, I would like to know how you feel about the possibility of having a Latin America united with one currency?"
last time i checked, we were not a part of latin america. - timpkmn89, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8I could have sworn the internet laws said we were supposed to get a Nazi comparison first. Is this really that important?
- paleocon78, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5ronpaul2008.com
or enjoy your holocaust - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Ron Paul certainly could stop this, assuming he wasn't assassinated first. He'd just have to round up all the traitors involved with pushing this plan, investigate them, and try them for treason. Just getting the truth out and exposing these domestic enemies could be enough to stop it.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4If you look at some of the comments on here, apparently there are people who are still denying it even after reading about Vincente Fox admitting these plans.
- GlennT, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4TRUE, TRUE, TRUE, GO RON PAUL
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Interesting, when I search for "amero" on digg, several other stories with a few diggs about this come up in the results that were recently posted, but this particular article is nowhere in sight.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4And the ANSWER was about the currency and trade agreements for the entire western hemisphere - both North America and South America... read the damn article and quit spreading your disinformation!
- Victorioso, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5WELCOME TO THE NEW AMERICA
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4how bout we call it nothing and fight for our nations
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Chassit, I can't find one intelligent comment from you on this page. Are you that bitter that Vincente Fox came out with the truth and proved that you were WRONG and those of us who were informed were RIGHT? It's okay, stomp your feet and hold your breath and maybe this will all go away.
- KerouacCat, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5Chavez has been demonized by the maskedmedia and the USStateDept because he will not allow the globalists to takeover his nation. The murderers in the SStateDept have been trying to assassinate Chavez for several years. The Founders actually insisted that when our govt stops representing We The People, then we MUST break it down and build a new one. That means arrest, try and imprison as traitors all of the CFR members, the entire Bush and Clinton regimes, the Rockefellers and most of the Congress. But that will never happen because Americans are too obsessed with sex, sports and themselves to ever care. Welcome to the New World Order.
- gsxraddict, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4because he said he was working with president Bush on the matter, since when was he involved with the decision making of Latin America.
- drachemorder, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4The only problem there is that Jesus did not come back, take all the believers home, and establish a 1000-year reign on earth. So clearly something is left for the future. In fact, the pattern of scripture is that prophecies have an immediate fulfillment, and a future fulfillment later on. The famous prophecy that "a virgin shall conceive and bear a son", for example, was actually immediately fulfilled in Isaiah's day. But it was also taken as an indirect reference to Christ, and that's what it's more famous for. I think the same sort of thing will be borne out in the prophecies of the last days. It's true that a lot of things happened in the first century, but not everything. Those events were shadows of things that are to come.
Personally I don't take a dogmatic stance on any interpretation of prophecy, because I don't think God meant for us to figure it out ahead of time. I think it's very unwise to be dogmatic about any interpretation of it, and even more so to insult people because of their interpretation like you seem to be doing. - drachemorder, on 10/10/2007, -0/+31) Tried that back in 1861. Didn't work so well.
2) I think Chavez really is that bad. Maybe he's against the Amero idea, but even a blind pig eventually finds an acorn.
3) As a last resort and if there's enough popular support, it could be done. That's something that's enshrined in the Declaration of Independence --- if a government becomes so bad that it harms the well-being of its citizens, then it's the right of the people to alter or abolish it. But actually doing so would be a tremendous undertaking, and things would have to get really, really bad to justify it. -
