In other words, the Bush administration knowingly hid information about threats to American's health. The right wing puts their ideology above Americans' health. You may get a disease and die, but the American right wing doesn't give a ***** because you aren't important, avoiding regulations is. - qdkk, on 07/08/2008, -3/+21We are finding out more and more that Bush and Cheney are behind all sorts of unethical or even illegal actions. People have been put to death for less.
- Hellman109, on 07/09/2008, -5/+10The democrats are just as bad as the republicans, they are actively enabling the republicans while shielding them from any repercussions.
Nansi Pelosi might as well be a republican as she actively blocks bills to prosecute Cheney/Bush for crimes they should answer for. - BlankVerse, on 07/09/2008, -3/+8Vice President Dick Cheney is the first US vice president who will need a blanket pardon from President Bush if he hopes to stay out of jail. However he's still going to need a huge legal defense fund to fight all the subpoenas that he will be getting from Democratic-led Congressional committees over the next several years.

- diggenerate, on 07/09/2008, -3/+5What is wrong with congress, can't they see that this whole "administration" is a sham.
- Falidaar, on 07/09/2008, -4/+5Seriously people... if you spend any real time working with the EPA you will find it may be the WORST government agency by a huge margin. Most of the people working there have little understanding of what real science even looks like, much less how to interpret the findings and create reasonable policy. I've seen them say and do some completely insane things that don't make any sense given the scientific data right in front of them. Don't give them any credit at all.
