- LoneRanger85, on 01/27/2008, -23/+4What's so great about freeing 25 million people? What's so great about emptying the prisons of children? What's so great about stopping the mass graves from being filled? What's so great about shutting down the rape rooms and torture chambers? What are we, heroes or something? NO! We are proud, liberal, gutless cowards, who would rather turn a blind eye to suffering than help in any way if it means we have to sacrifice some of our blood and treasure! And DON'T YOU FORGET IT, WORLD!!!
- atdigg, on 01/27/2008, -0/+10How about not supporting Saddam Hussein in the FIRST place, if you pay attention US is doing the same mistake over and over, they support dictators only because it's (apparently) convenient for them: Pakistan and in Arabs states, and the Shah in Iran, only to be confronted 10, 20, or 30 year afterwords with the disastrous result of their failed policies.
- phenry50BMG, on 01/28/2008, -1/+12"if it means we have to sacrifice some of our blood....!"
Our? How much have YOU shed (other than the occasional nick you get on a finger while typing your typical tripe) for this debacle you support?
My blood is MINE. Your blood is YOURS. If you wish to shed my blood, stop by and attempt to do so. You'll soon see yours all over the front of your shirt along with a gaping hole in your back.
I am not the "liberal" you always seem to spout about. I am quite probably more conservative than you and DEFINITELY better armed than you. So STFU with all of your neocon, war loving *****. Get off your keyboard and go fight if it is such a goddamned worthy cause to you. Don't think about sending me or a member of my family to feed your machine. Then again, those of your ilk never do. They get a bunch of mindless thugs pumped up on false patriotism to do their dirty work for them. You're the typical gung ho armchair quarterback since you aren't in the fray. Like I said, if you want to get in the fray, stop by. Your next of kin can then talk about your great blood and treasure sacrifice.- phenry50BMG, on 01/28/2008, -0/+6"They get a bunch of mindless thugs pumped up on false patriotism to do their dirty work for them."
For clarification, this comment was NOT directed at those in our armed forces. It WAS directed at the armed thugs who would come to your home and extract you and/or your sons if a draft were enforced. - natedouglas, on 01/28/2008, -1/+3Dugg for not ***** around.

- h4ckler, on 01/28/2008, -0/+7What's great about the war in Iraq is all the innocents we've killed, all the basic living needs we've denied iranian citizens, the fact we're firing depleted uranium rounds all over Iraq, Iraq's infant mortality rate has risen 300% since 2003, etc. (the list goes on.)
Fighting for peace is like ***** for chastity.
- butchzzz, on 01/27/2008, -4/+21Ron Paul is my HERO !!
- bingobongony, on 01/28/2008, -15/+2they are right
- natedouglas, on 01/28/2008, -0/+7A great idea? Really? Like "OMG, I have this great idea, let's invade a country?"
Even if you're as vacant as you often seem, surely you realize that it hasn't worked out that well (either for Iraq or the Republican Party). I mean, you've seen charts of approval ratings through Bush's terms in office. This great idea is going to yield a Democratic president, likely a stronger Democratic presence in the other branches of government, and it's setting your party back years in terms of political power, public trust, and just general reputation. The libertarian-minded are deserting in droves and the power base of the party is basically down to brownshirts and rednecks.
You're one of the very few hardcore New and Improved Republican Party™ posters with a consistent presence here on Digg. While it's nice and refreshing to have a change of pace from all the libertarians and leftists constantly debating philosophy and science and ideas, I have to say that you're not particularly stimulating. All you do, really, is stick to your guns as your idols repeatedly sell you out to the highest bidder. You're a tool, a useful idiot.
No matter who or what is in power, the nature and existence of that power necessitates that every free-thinking individual exist in thoughtful opposition and only the most cautious degree of trust. I suppose you deserve some credit for being steadfast, but at this point it just seems like idiocy. - Brad324, on 01/28/2008, -1/+6ignore this clown, he`s pretty much digg`s biggest troll - and by troll, I mean retard.

- Anarchon, on 01/28/2008, -1/+5Anyone have the clip not butchered?
- Plinkyle, on 01/28/2008, -10/+4ARGH!! I'd rather rip my first-born child apart than see Ron Paul not elected president!!!!
- Brad324, on 01/28/2008, -1/+5I... I cannot digg this comment. Don`t rip babies.
- Bisquick, on 01/28/2008, -0/+6I'm a Paulite......but......I'm more than a little disturbed by your comment.
- THEROC, on 01/28/2008, -2/+10Oh boy, Huckabee is living in his own little world.
"There was a potential of weapons of mass destruction, just because we didn't find any doesn't mean they weren't there. - dildoolielly, on 01/28/2008, -4/+8Look across the board. Deny it all you want Torries, but the man is the only one saying things even close to what our forefathers intended for this country. Everything he says is based on our Constitution.
Don't ever forget the Repukes re-elected a "President" who said our Constitution is just, "a Goddam piece of paper!"
Ron Paul is America's ONLY hope. - Bartboy919, on 01/28/2008, -1/+6A WHAT, PLEDGES A WHAT!?! THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME. Unless A stands for ass, in which case I hope they don't pledge their ass.
- buddapalm, on 01/28/2008, -0/+4wow... what a contrast. The other thing with Paul's response is he didn't take the first 20 seconds to blow his horn... he outright answered the question (and did it well I might add).
That's the difference between a talking head and a leader... - kaelyiesta, on 01/28/2008, -1/+2The Democrats do sound better when its put like that, until you remember that each and every one of them(front runners that is) actually has the same stance on the occupation: Stay indefinitely and continue to play the good cop bad cop game with America.
