cnn.com — Record turnout in early-voting states. FTA: In some districts in Florida, the number of persons opting for early voting was up over 600% from that of the 2004 election. In Charlotte, North Carolina, early voter turnout was so high that county officials are opening twenty voting sites instead of their originally-planned five.

  • meirav, on 10/22/2008, -0/+1Yes, but there's vote stealing going on in Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, and probably other states. The company that makes the vote stealing machines has known about the Ohio problem since March. Surprise, the company that makes the machines is in very red Texas.
