Even if it's not, knowingly and deliberately misleading people is reprehensible. I'm not a lawyer, I can't figure out a way to make it legally actionable, but any kindergartner could tell you it's plain WRONG. - rkthoadan, on 09/24/2009, -1/+3I'd say it's more like the theater owners sneaking in and yelling "fire" to make people pay for another ticket to watch the rest of the movie.
