- FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -17/+38I'm digging this story becuase I know for a fact Alex Jones is a lyin' sack, and I find this whole thing highly amusing. A while back he BOLDLY claimed that Time Warner blocked his sites. It took him months to finally EDIT this article (who rewrites history NOW Mr. Jones?) http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/october2005/051005timewarnercensors.htm
It was merely an internet blackout, my roomate is a network admin and we also work in radio which is how he discovered that Jones was involved in this defamation. On both Prison Planet and his radio show, he was screaming about being censored without EVER checking any facts. He makes up most of his show... If you believe half of what his says... I have some burkee water filters, a survival home, some healing herbs and salt lamps, and a nice bridge in brooklyn to sell you.
The man weaves lies better than Bush's campaign staff. Just remember, in order to make something believable... most of what you say has to be true in order to get the ninnies to swallow the rest. Preach on Jones... The most entertaining part of your show is laughing at the idiots who ramble on repeating your lunacy later. - FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -11/+30and well.. would you look at that... I KNEW this was a LIE.
I just submitted a prison planet story...

I hope all you RUBES finally figure out that you are being USED. Ugh... stupid. The worst part is... you all go against the grain.. and act as though it's TRUTH becuase this doucehbag Alex Jones says it's so... but you don't do any PERSONAL fact checking... You know what that makes you right? - Kolar, on 10/12/2007, -6/+23It doesn't matter what Kevin Rose's political affiliation is or that of any other person who works on digg. To Alex Jones and his kind if you're against any one of his causes, because you actually care about the truth, the facts or just don't care for painting every republican as a devil worshiping hypocrite or New World Order vanguardist then you're open to attack and said defamation.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -9/+24I think DIGG should have a section where users can decide what is SPAM and not by DIGGING, or BURY websites from that list. Not a 100% decision of DIGG Team.
- bonch, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14The link that the left-wing Bury Bridge of Digg doesn't want you to see: http://www.wired.com/news/culture/0,72835-0.html
- northernstar, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17thenativeraver is right. The argument being made in these comments would be a lot more convincing if almost all of the users who posted them didn't have December 28th, 2006 as their registration date, along with this story as the only story they dugg.
- FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -4/+15Oh, and the bigger irony... PrisonPlanet wasn't even banned when you made this comment... but you didn't even do any fact checking of your own, becuase you "Swallowed the Red Pill" and followed Alex into his hole of conspiratorial idiocy.
- thecabal, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12Good find. Great example of how easy it is to manipulate Digg via sockpuppetry. OK puppets, start digging me down...
- uncletoby, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10"but it is the best hand-picked anti NWO bloggery out there"
that's like saying it's the best blog for tips on unicorn farming - thenativeraver, on 10/12/2007, -9/+18http://digg.com/users/lmayzes/news/commented
***** off. - NSResponder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Digg.com isn't your property, it's theirs. So, they make the rules, and if you don't like what they decide, too bad. Start your own web site.
-jcr - IvanB, on 10/12/2007, -10/+19Digg bans sites when it receives complains through emails and/or when the site gets buried frequently.
- DesScorp, on 10/12/2007, -5/+14You Diggers that are upset over this...calling it censorship....what's your stand on posting articles from places like Drudge, Little Green Footballs, and Michelle Malkin?
- FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -4/+12or... you just faked this whole thing to gain publicity for your site... It's certainly interesting to me that at exactly the moment I simply suspected this was a hoax... I go to test it... and submitting a story from PrisonPlanet works just fine... I think the COINCIDENCE is pretty eerie... but maybe I'm just being CONSPIRATORIAL eh?
- tehbored, on 10/12/2007, -11/+19Well I could see how some (SOME!) people who are fans of alex jones and his site would resort to spamming links to it. Don't get me wrong, I do agree with him on some (SOME!) issues, but that doesn't mean he's not an idiot. Still, I don't think it should be banned.
- patch6, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8It is wholly possible that prisonplanet.com was unbanned as a result of the story, but as it stands, the site is allowed at the moment.
It's also a possible publicity stunt.
Remain objective, and never trust one single source fully. - D43PAN, on 10/12/2007, -5/+12Is there somewhere to get a comment from digg about why they banned prisonplanet?
- Highrise1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Got a time machine?
- Altuna, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Yes like when you moonbats bury lgf stories, pathetic
- toiletduck, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8If you miss PrisonPlanet that much, I suggest you go to Shoutwire, lunacy thrives in that cesspool.
- FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -4/+11Have fun in your camp, I'll be in the free state... http://www.freestateproject.com armed. Next time you are listening to GCN, keep your radio tuned until 7pm EST, and keep it there until 10 pm EST. http://www.freetalklive.com
Also I watched this video... and the quotes you are showing as a mishmash do zero to make me believe that the Government is geniunely been influenced for 100's of years by some secret society... It just doesn't make any goddamn sense... 1000's, possible 10's of 1000's of people would have to have maintained this secrecy for centuries. To believe this... is quite simply... stupid. Yes, I called you stupid. I want to apologize to you for doing so, but at the same time I also wish that you could be slapped into waking up. Much of what you realize about the Government is true... but it's becuase of politicking, battles for money and power by the federal reserve, and power mad donut eating politicians and bureaucrats. It's easily demonstrable that what you see as a massive conspiracy... PLAYS OUT EXACTLY THE SAME WAY... on local levels.. in smaller government offices... Power stuggles and politicking and infighting when you are spending money that is not your own... simply works the way it does... No shadow puppeteers needed to pull the strings.
to quote Alexander Cockburn
OCCAM'S RAZOR
If the evidence allows for several explanations to a given problem then the hypothesis with the fewest assumptions is most probably correct. This principle is called Occam’s Razor, after the 14th-century English logician and Franciscan friar, William of Ockham. There is not the slightest need to postulate pre-placed explosive charges to explain why the towers collapsed at near free-fall speeds. Practical aspects of explosive demolitions make the explosive charge hypothesis improbable to the point of absurdity (see “Conspiracy disproved”).
There are plenty of real conspiracies in the US. Why make up fake ones? Every few years, property tsars and the city government in New York conspire to withhold fire company responses so that enough of a neighbourhood burns down for the poor to quit and profitable gentrification to ensue. That is a conspiracy to commit ethnic cleansing, and also murder. It is happening today in Brooklyn, even as similar ethnic cleansing and gentrification is scheduled in San Francisco, where Bayview Hunters Point is the last large black community in the Bay Area, sitting on beautiful waterfront property: so now is the time to move the black folks out.
The conspiracy virus is not new. Let me recall. The Russians couldn’t possibly have built an A-bomb without Commie traitors. Hitler was a victim of treachery, otherwise he couldn’t have been defeated by the Red Army marching across eastern Europe and half Germany. JFK couldn’t have been shot by Lee Harvey Oswald, it had to be the CIA. There is no end to examples seeking to prove that Russians, Arabs, Viet Cong, Japanese, whoever, couldn’t possibly match the brilliance and cunning of secret cabals of white Christians.
Some discover a silver lining in 9/11 conspiracism. A politically sophisticated leftist in Washington DC wrote to me agreeing with my ridicule of the inside job scenarios but adding: “To me the most interesting thing (in the US) is how many people are willing to believe that Bush either masterminded it [the 9/11 attacks] or knew in advance and let it happen. If that number or anything close to that is true, that’s a huge base of people that are more than deeply cynical about their elected officials. That would be the real news story that the media is missing, and it’s a big one.”
“I’m not sure I see the silver lining about cynicism re government,” I answered. “It seems to demobilise people from useful political activity.” For the conspiracism stems from despair and political infantilism. There’s no worthwhile energy to transfer from such kookery.
Richard Aldrich’s book on British intelligence (4) describes how a report for the Pentagon on declassification recommended that “interesting declassified material” such as information about the JFK assassination “could be released and even posted on the internet, as a diversion” and used to “reduce the unrestrained public appetite for secrets by providing good faith distraction material”. He added: “If investigative journalists and contemporary historians were absorbed with the vexatious, but rather tired, debates over the grassy knoll, they would not be busy probing into areas where they were unwelcome.”
I am therefore sure that the Bush gang, and all the real conspirators of Washington, are delighted at the obsessions of the 9/11 conspiracists. It’s a distraction from the 1,001 real plots of capitalism that demand exposure and political challenge. As Theodore Adorno wrote: “The tendency to occultism is a symptom of regression in consciousness” . - FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9hahah dugg for making me laugh, and making the point I made in the comment above so much better!
- fsjonsey, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10To see just how messed up PrisonPlanet really is!
- hoserjoe, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Israel is nothing special. Egypt gets more US aid than Israel:
http://egypt.usaid.gov/Default.aspx?pageid=367 - FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -4/+9didn't say that STORY was fake... said that THIS story was a fake. THIS story said that prisonplanet was banned. I posted a RANDOM story from prison planet to prove it was in fact - NOT BANNED. Proving my hunch was correct that this entire hullaballoo over prison planet being banned is due to a hoax, since I have been involved in catching Alex in being a sensational liar in the past. (or at least - IGNORING the truth in favor of fabrication)
- darthchaosrspw, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9Besides, I wouldn't call Kevin Rose a neocon...he's may be a neolib, but really we need to get away from the divisive false left/right paradigm.

I'll let everybody know why Digg.com banned Prisonplanet.com. The reason is this: Digg.com is run by Kevin Rose, a former employee of G4/TechTV. TechTV was notorious for pimping police-state technology such as implantable microchips, national ID cards, and surveillance tools. Rose was a host of the G4/TechTV show "The Screen Savers" and its successor "Attack of the Show!". While he was on these shows, the hosts, especially Rose and his then-girlfriend Sarah Lane, always inserted little snide remarks about neocons, especially Bush, but it seemed they always spoke in favor of neolibs such as John Kerry.
Kevin Rose is nothing but a neolib proponent of the New World Order. Personally, my opinion is all tech-related shows pimp police-state technology, and any host of such shows are NWO agents.
It's like I've said before. The neolibs latched on to the Truth Movement until they got their neolib "boys" in power and then cast the Truthers aside like yesterday's garbage. The neolibs care as much about freedom as the neocons...the neocons and neolibs care NOTHING about freedom. - abk1981, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9I can't believe you people, how can you support PrisonPlanet ?, do you believe that sept 11th was not the handiwork of Muslim's ? They preach the destruction of America, whats there not to believe ???!
- Altuna, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8Hahahah you piss and moan about lgf and then you turn around give credibility to prison planet, wake up or shut up
- Altuna, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Yes "underground", get a life loser

The admins should ban your IP address.
I'm going to report you now.
buh bye - gibbwake, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10Please unban this site, theres no reason to ban prisonplanet. There arent too many sites out there with this kind of info.
- darthchaosrspw, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7You do realize that by saying you hope somebody kills him, you may be breaking federal law..
I look at it from this perspective: Digg.com is not a government-affiliated site (at least I hope it isn't), so they can ban any speech if they want to. But then again, nobody is obligated to post any comments on Digg.com.
I agree with the ones who say infowars.com and prisonplanet.com are great sources for news that really matters, not mindless fluff like "Is Britney wearing any underwear" or "When will the Brangelina wedding happen". Frankly, I wish they would leave that celebrity mindless fluff on the tabloid news shows and in the tabloid magazines.
Now the guys at prisonplanet.com do write their own articles at least once a week, depending on what's going on in the world. Now if digg.com decides to stop allowing prisonplanet.com or infowars.com content on their site, then they are well within their right to do so, but then again digg.com posters have the right to take their "business" elsewhere. That's the true beauty of the First Amendment. - Aseinai, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8Thanks to Digg user FTLjohnson and my own desire not to become a sheep, I can confirm that
INFOWARS IS NOT BANNED FROM DIGG !!!!! here is my post... http://www.digg.com/offbeat_news/death_of_cash
I like Alex jones work but I will not blindly follow any man.
Vigilia pretium libertatis. - jukin, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Well, that's completely different because their articles run counter to the liberal hive think.
- JohhnyNeo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Prisonplanet is a lunatic site. Isn't DIGG for news material, rather than recycled conspiracy theory? Good riddance to bad trash.
- Kolar, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6Looking at all the newly registered users "PPfan118" ect... posting here I'm going to assume it's either the sheep or these idiots are creating massive number of digg user accounts. Most likely the latter given the comment material. Now Digg is a privately owned website, just like PrisionPlanet they can block and obstruct access to anyone they like, and since it's a complete lie for publicity now on the part of PP and given the unsavory actions by their owner/operators I'd say ban them. Enough *****.
- wintermd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Clean up on Isle 5
This is just the Internets way of cleaning out the garbage.
If this site was worth a penny, it would not be banned. - haakondahl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I thought you were leaving?
- FTLJohnson, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6I feel I should also clarify... while I like this quote... I do not like his reference to capitalism as a dirty word... I see nothing wrong with capitalism as long as it is free from government force and protectionism, or any sort of collectivist ideologies.

^ Your not helping your cause you fraud. - Kolar, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6Digg is popular, I'm not disputing that. I dislike people who willfully involve themselves in a process such as digg only when it suits them, not the community aspect that they continue to claim is being dissolved around us. If so many Prision Planet members are interested in both sides to a story, why is it that so many of them have just joined to digg this, haven't commented or submitted any other article and have yet to in the few days since this article? Why assume digg is "censoring" you when there's no evidence? Why complain when they're a privately owned site in the first place that has every single ***** right to do it in the first place? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for free speech and bitch as much as you want tirelessly but don't mistake Digg.com for "THE MAN" or the United States Government. So prisonplanetfan, do your research. And yes I do think most of you are fake still.
- PixyMisa, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5"This is almost unbelievable. Once again this stands as yet another example of the reduction of our GOD-GIVEN rights as Americans"
Uh, newsflash, genius. Digg isn't run by the government. You don't like it, start your own website. - patch6, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5FTLJohnson's submittal of that prisonplanet article was to demonstrate that the ban was not present. The article's credibility wasn't being addressed.
- cliston17, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5I don't recall Congress passing a law banning prisonplanet.com.
- fsjonsey, on 10/12/2007, -5/+8Yeah, iI guess Kevin Rose is in with all of the Zionist NeoCons that control everything else, like the media, FCC, FDA, CIA, USDA, military, the water treatment plant in your town, etc. I have a question for you, Does reading "The Protocols of The Elders Of Zion" make you hard?
- robdouth, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Why is it that the people that bitch the loudest about censorship no almost nothing about the constitution. When you talk about the freedom of speech and censorship, it is only the government that can't infringe on that right. However, you can get thrown out of a bar for expressing yourself. You can get thrown out of anyone's private residence or business and be "censored", so your argument is ignorant and hollow. A website is similarly "property" in the sense of intellectual property, and so the owner of a site can ban whoever the hell he or she wants and it's not censorship, at least not the kind that you can do anything about legally, and any lawyer would laugh you out of his office if you made such a childish argument. Read the damn constitution before you start invoking it.
- afslip, on 10/12/2007, -5/+8I'm no fan whatsoever of Prison Planet or Alex Jones, but to ban a site that really doesn't put up hardly any fake news, or even spam on digg, is a tragedy. I never would of thougt of Digg would ban this site, then what is next? Banning people for giving their opinons on a certain subject? Please unban PrisonPlanet.com, if u don't then I know what Digg is really about now.
