- Kylyssa, on 11/04/2008, -57/+1515It's just a shame his grandma didn't get to see him become president.
- stonecircle, on 06/11/2009, -134/+1382Cast my vote for Barack Obama at 7:45 this morning, after standing in line in our small community for forty-five minutes. Have NEVER seen a line here at any of our elections before. Could have voted straight ticket, but wanted the pleasure of darkening in each and every circle for our Dems.
- Merrygo, on 11/04/2008, -84/+1057I am Italian and of course I can't vote, but I give him my vote for Barack Obam here.
- tracygav, on 11/04/2008, -91/+881This should have 275 million diggs by the end of the day! :)
Obama/Biden 08! - inactive, on 11/04/2008, -28/+371they did it for the lulz

GO VOTE!! - HughesAP, on 11/04/2008, -207/+509I voted for McCain and so will 45% of America
- EarlOfLade, on 11/04/2008, -5/+296But at least she got to cast her vote for him. She voted on October 26th according to CNN and I have a feeling she knew that he would be elected.
My condolences to the Obama family. - bitsculptor, on 11/04/2008, -24/+261One more thing... I also vote yes of the San Francisco local ballot measure "R". If you haven't heard of measure R, it renames the Oceanside Water Treatment Plant. After this measure passes it will be called the "George W. Bush Sewage Plant". :p
- wherearemymeds, on 11/04/2008, -52/+285Happily voted OBAMA and am waiting to see all of PA turn blue!
- Emelius, on 11/04/2008, -24/+252I'll digg you up for saying ur a mccain supporter on digg.
- goldenhearted, on 11/04/2008, -43/+251I dugg it but I'm not from America! I would vote for him if I was!
Make it happen, America. Go go go. - OutrightLie, on 11/04/2008, -25/+198After almost two years of Politics on Digg, can we please get back to the way Digg used to be? You know full of useful science/tech/relevant news articles that could be used to enrich one's self and career. No McCain/Palin Bashers, no blind Ron Paul supporters, no 4Chan references, etc.
Please Digg, please? Remember the good times! - techguru2006, on 11/04/2008, -45/+212Dugg for Obama!
- 80hd, on 11/04/2008, -10/+171i can deal with that
- cyrix, on 11/04/2008, -3/+142All that matters is that you voted for a candidate based on their stance on the issues. As long as you do that no vote is wasted. Vote to spite others, and you might as well stay home.
- jotate, on 11/04/2008, -24/+148Two hours of waiting outside a nursing home in northeast Columbus. Worth every minute.
- EarlOfLade, on 11/04/2008, -7/+126Norwegian and the same..
At least I've managed to change a few coworkers from McCain to Obama, so I feel I have contributed in my small way.
Anyhow, if you can vote and haven't done so yet.... V-O-T-E-! - elnerdo, on 11/04/2008, -6/+121I voted Baldwin, and so did 0.045% of America.
- hmunkey, on 11/04/2008, -12/+120Yeah I agree, McCain is cool. At least for an old guy. I wouldn't mind him being my boss or my grandpa.
It's a different matter if he's the president though.

- inactive, on 11/04/2008, -7/+94I took great pleasure in this myself. :)

- twystoffate, on 11/04/2008, -2/+68Dugg for admitting 45%, and for being honest about your choice.
Obama '08! - tehpwnerofn00bs, on 11/04/2008, -9/+71Voted for Obama a few weeks ago. Yay for mail-in ballots!
- FallenTurtles, on 11/04/2008, -10/+71I am American and I voted for Obama. Don't worry guys, I filled in three other ballots for you :)
- inactive, on 11/04/2008, -86/+147i didn't vote for Obama. So I guess I have to bury, which is the opposite of a Digg. Sad how you will digg me down for voicing my opinion just because it differs from yours.
- roctimo, on 11/04/2008, -1/+61"I am going to be _drunk_ until the final count waiting to hear who won =("
Fixed it for u. - charm803, on 11/04/2008, -39/+99I voted for Obama.
And it felt gooooooood!
The GOP is about to get their asses handed to them! - xcleetusx, on 11/04/2008, -27/+86AMERICA!!! ***** YEAH!!!
Gobama '08!!!! - zspade, on 11/04/2008, -2/+60I didn't vote straight ticket because I wanted the the pleasure of making my own decisions.
Voted for Obama though :D - NinaOdell, on 11/04/2008, -5/+60Okay, I just googled "the tenets of Sharia law are sound and just" and got exactly one hit: this post. I then did the same thing with google scholar and got nothing. I've been following this election cycle for a year and half and have NEVER seen this "quote". If this was true, Senator McCain and Governor Palin would certainly be discussing this quite extensively, and it would be all over the internet.
Are you just pulling a "quote" out thin air and flat-out lying? What kind of citizen are you? - inactive, on 11/04/2008, -22/+76Waiting for Bush to be gone is the hardest part.
One last tune for the decider, and then let's never speak of him again:
http://funkvigilante.com/WorstPresidentEver.shtml - hmunkey, on 11/04/2008, -1/+54Poprocks, stop insulting every pro-Obama post on this thread. You sound like an angry 5-year-old.
- enhui740, on 11/04/2008, -4/+57I give Obama my first vote today after I became an american citizen this Sept!
- RuffBong, on 11/04/2008, -52/+104http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sX5rhxXapxY&feature ...
Awesome!!!!!!!!!
We love you man!
Senator, President, Obama.....
I voted for you!
I left the booth, started clapping, and got everyone in the auditorium clapping and shouting too too! walked out into the entrance area, shouting and had police laughing too, walked outside, screamed at the top of my lungs with tears in my eyes, "I DID IT! OBAMA!!!!!!!!" Then interviewed by a few cameras and reporters, (lol), you should have seen that, lol, then proceeded to hug a few other obama supporters with tears in their eyes as well, proceeded to the street corner near the university grasping my shirt I was wearing under my jacket, shouting "he's on MY SHIRT!!!!!", EVERYONE IN CARS LAUGHING AND HONKING, LOL, a few waving and smiling, do it, folks! Get out there calmly, make your vote, then go outside and raise holy moly! it's a ball!
GO OBAMA, WE LOVE YOU AND THE FAMILY, MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD, MAKE A SCENE (AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR VOTE...)
OBAMA 08 BABYYYYYY! - MediaWeasel, on 11/04/2008, -26/+78If I were American I would vote Obama. So I've Dugg instead, and I'm with you in spirit and I'm praying for the moment we can all finally say President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.
