- DaMav, on 03/10/2008, -9/+270Maybe she can move to Iran where there are no gays!
- cg4et, on 03/10/2008, -8/+215It's sad that people define themselves so much by what they hate about others.

Private email: srkern@cox.net - ggnictee, on 03/10/2008, -31/+199I would just like to (once again) mention: This is Not what Christians believe. The reason there is even an issue is because those with money and power want to keep it. It's a standard tactic of politicians to blame the problems of one group on another in order to maintain control over that group. It used to be the Jews, Blacks, Irish, Chinese ...well really it was everyone somewhere at some time.
But what's important is this is Not a religious debate: this is all political. The bible is very clear about what to do with homosexuals. Christ himself said what to do: "this is my commandment, that you love one another, as I first loved you." Perhaps I'm misinterpreting that but it sure sounds like God Himself is telling us to love everyone (including those pesky gays) as he loved us. How did he love us? On a cross. So if you want to follow God's Word then go out there and give and give and give. Go out and love Everyone. That's right: love them. If they need cloths, give them cloths. If they need to talk listen. But keep your hate to yourself.
There is no sin worse then any other. We are all of us imperfect. All we can do is try to be kind, try to be patient and try to love one another. To say "homosexuality is a sin that's worse then some others" is ridiculous. To say "God hates gays" is blasphemy and I won't let you use my God's name for hate. The bible (you remember: God's word) states very clearly that God loves us even though we are sinners. So even if you're right and homosexuality is worse then mass murder or greed or hate: God Loves Gay People.
and God loves this poor woman too. And you random Digger. and even me, in all my pathetic righteous anger.
So please when you hear this kind of nonsense, remember: it's nonsense. This is not what Jesus would do.
Just be kind and be patient. It is a wonderful world I live in, I hope you can join me.
God Bless you all. - Premier, on 03/10/2008, -4/+135"The very fact that I am talking to you like this today puts me in jeopardy"

"The END of your Search for a Friendly Church"!!! Dig IT! - coolkatz321, on 03/10/2008, -8/+120I know it's long, but here's a great passage from the West Wing I just emailed to this ass of a woman:
JACOBS: I don’t say homosexuality is an abomination, Mr. President. The Bible does.
BARTLET: Yes it does. Leviticus!
JACOBS: 18:22.
BARTLET: Chapter and verse. I wanted to ask you a couple of questions while I had you here. I wanted to sell my youngest daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. She’s a Georgetown Sophomore, speaks fluent Italian, always cleared the table when it was her turn. What would a good price for her be?
(Bartlet only waits a second for a response, then plunges on.)
BARTLET: While thinking about that, can I ask another? My chief of staff, Leo McGary, insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly says he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself? Or is it okay to call the police?
(Bartlet barely pauses to take a breath.)
BARTLET: Here’s one that’s really important, because we’ve got a lot of sports fans in this town. Touching the skin of a dead pig makes one unclean. Leviticus 11:7. If they promise to wear gloves, can the Washington Redskins still play football? Can Notre Dame? Can West Point? Does the whole town really have to be together to stone my brother John for planting different crops side by side? Can I burn my mother in a small family gathering for wearing garments made from two different threads? Think about those questions, would you? - inactive, on 03/10/2008, -9/+102This makes no sense. To be so openly against a group of people who as a whole are just ordinary Americans who have jobs or are unemployed and rich and poor is senseless and stupid.

@ggnictee, I just friended you. - mechj944, on 03/10/2008, -8/+86Homosexuality will not be the downfall of America, ignorance such as this will be.
- Alegoo92, on 03/10/2008, -6/+78I already sent her an email saying how she's a disgrace to politics and the reason republicans have a bad reputation.
- TecK415, on 03/10/2008, -12/+80There is no "if you want" involved, it's not a choice to be gay lady. Did you chose to be straight? No. And no one is demanding anyone to throw their culture in the trash. Why does it bother you what other people do in their life, it's none of your god damn business. How does someone else's personal life have anything to do with you? I'm getting tired of arguing with ignorant fools like you.
- Rikushix, on 03/10/2008, -3/+71Not anymore.
- chase001, on 03/10/2008, -4/+63It's a religious issue which has no place in politics. Keep your god in your pants.

- ladbroke, on 03/10/2008, -3/+58I live in Kensington, MD. Little did I know I was living in a hotbed of the Gay Agenda.
Hey, if I can elect anyone that would get rid of these stupid speeding cameras, I wouldn't care what they did in a bedroom. - theboyqueen, on 03/10/2008, -5/+59At the end of this mess she actually equates homosexuality with cancer.
- Chaoticfist, on 03/10/2008, -3/+55How does what someone else doing in their "personal life" affect you? Whether a person decides to have just normal sex, or kinky sex, or anal, or be gay does not affect you. I will vote for the most intelligent person i can and how they choose to live their personal life is none of my concern. I think the biggest threat to the free world is not gays, but those leaders that use terrorism to take away the rights of their citizens.
- Ekdog, on 03/10/2008, -12/+64Whenever you hear someone spewing out that kind of ignorant hate, you can assume he or she is a Republican.
- chase001, on 03/10/2008, -3/+54Shocker. She'll be caught tapping her foot in the ladies room next week.
- carpespasm, on 03/10/2008, -2/+49well, since she says specifically that "the gays" are less of a threat than "the muslims" that seems like the intellectually sound thing to do.
- pintomp3, on 03/10/2008, -1/+48if she's worried about what other people do in their bedroom, privacy isn't her top concern.
- Soulprint, on 03/10/2008, -20/+66That bitch needs to get a vagina rammed down her throat.
- Rikushix, on 03/10/2008, -6/+51This is just despicable. This is the sort of thing I expect (but ignore as the ravings of madmen) from the Ann Coulters and Fred Phelps of the world. Not only is her current political standing a threat to others because of these beliefs, it is her "twenty years in education" that truly scare me. How can someone that actually endorses such hatred be hired into the public education system?
The thing that gets me most is when any of these gay-bashing tirades turn to how the gay community "infects" and "infiltrates" our "wholesome, normal" one. When she gets to the point about how government controlled school systems are "indoctrinating" children "AS YOUNG AS TWO" to accept homosexuality as an acceptable lifestyle, I almost gagged. The funny thing is, her hatred is so blind that she cannot even see her own hypocrisy through what she preaches: ironic that a gay-bashing state rep that has worked with school children for decades would have a real understanding of the indoctrination of "children as young as two". - sockpuppets, on 03/10/2008, -0/+45I don't see how that would work... unless they scissor, or something.
- chase001, on 03/10/2008, -8/+52Somehow Christians read God is love and got God is hate out of it.
- Rikushix, on 03/10/2008, -1/+44That mildly amused me while I imagined how one would go about doing such a thing.
- lalilulelo, on 03/10/2008, -6/+49I like how she says Islam is a threat when she completely embraces their hardcore conservatism.
- piratearggghhh, on 03/10/2008, -4/+47Let's see...if I'm getting this right: Gays are infiltrating our country, worse than terrorism, preying on children, taking over government, deadly and spreading and threatens to destroy the country...all this time I just thought they were faaaabulous.

http://www.okhouse.gov/Committees/Member.aspx?Memb ... - julianwan, on 03/10/2008, -18/+53Hi Sally Kern.
My name is Julian Wan. I'm not writing you a hateful email and don't intend to make you feel like you must defend the words that were recorded of you earlier.
On the website, crooksandliars.com, I listened for three minutes as you stated your opinion strongly to your friends or co-workers or whomever. The entire speech was very loaded and a foreign language to a person like me, a 17 year old boy from Los Angeles, California.
I was hoping to be able to respond to you and possible receive a response as well.
My position on the subject is as follows:
Jesus loves ALL people, every single human on this planet, and no matter how righteous you may speak, or how good your sunday pies are, Jesus sees you as NO BETTER than the most drug-addicted, diseased, homosexual on the planet. And he loves you both with more love than you will EVER be capable of.
Homosexuals are more discouraged and suicidal because self-righteous bigots have the audacity to haze, attack, and belittle them constantly from within our nation, homosexuals in more tolerant nations do not have the same problems with suicide.
Gays take the position of public office because the people VOTE for them, so democracy is your argument, not the secret infiltration of homosexuality. And if you are so concerned, please realize that Abraham Lincoln was gay, (thus the term "Log-cabin republicans" for gay republicans, from the same root as lincoln logs), and George Bush himself may be gay as well, having possibly had a secret relationship with Victor Ashe, a close friend from Yale.
And I'm telling you this not to validate your point, but to show the homosexuality has ALWAYS existed.
Second of all, most gay societies exist MUCH longer than a couple decades. Take for example, the Japanese samurai, who traditionally had sex with their apprentices to show love and compassion. Take the Romans, who drank wine and had massive orgies with ALL sexes and sometimes beasts. Take the greeks, with philosophers like Socrates and Plato who had many documented relationships with their child students. Hell, these people invented the olympics, which was basically an opportunity for gay greek men to mud wrestle.
But if these societies seem too hedonistic for you, then let's take a look at more conservative countries, such as Iran. In iran, gay men are hung and killed for simply being gay. Would you like america to become like iran? In iran, women are also killed for dressing inappropriately, and whatever YOU ARE wearing right now, unless all you are showing is your eyeballs, would be evidence enough for you death.
In conclusion, I don't feel like you MUST be more tolerant, I just request that you know the ***** what you're talking about next time you decide to hate a group of people who pay the same taxes as you.
And it frightens me that you are on an education board, when if you were truly educated, you'd realize that this GAY discrimination is the same discrimination that kept women from working and voting, and kept black from getting appropriate jobs, and killed 6 million jews in the holocaust.
And don't pretend you cannot associate with these groups, as YOU are a woman, your JESUS was a jew, and YOUR HEART is pretty damn black.
Have a nice day. - skeeterou, on 03/10/2008, -3/+38You're a ***** idiot.
- kineticarl, on 03/10/2008, -2/+36That was totally lifted from an email that was circulating a long time ago:
Dr. Laura Schlessinger is a radio personality who dispenses advice to people who call in to her radio show. Recently, she said that, as an observant Orthodox Jew, homosexuality is an abomination according to Leviticus 18:22 and cannot be condoned under any circumstance. The following is an open letter to Dr. Laura penned by a east coast resident, which was posted on the Internet. It's funny, as well as informative:
Dear Dr. Laura:
Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from your show, and try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind them that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination. End of debate. I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some of the other specific laws and how to follow them:
When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord - Lev.1:9. The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?
I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?
I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness - Lev.15:19- 24. The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.
Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?
I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself?
A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination - Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this?
Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?
Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?
I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?
My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? - Lev.24:10-16. Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)
I know you have studied these things extensively, so I am confident you can help. Thank you again for reminding us that God's word is eternal and unchanging.
Your devoted fan,
Jim - inactive, on 03/10/2008, -7/+41You ever eat at Red Lobster? Well according to the bible - eating shellfish is an abomination. Better watch out. By the way, better hope you never call someone out for their "sin" to their face....you might not like the results. Self-righteous prick.

- Alegoo92, on 03/10/2008, -2/+34She makes it seem like the "homosexual agenda" impedes on her free speech and it's so unjust that she can't justify her hate publicly. Unfortunately when you're a politician, that holds true: since we shouldn't have a hateful ignorant bitch "representing" anyone.
