- inactive, on 08/17/2008, -1/+20A man in his 50s is assaulted by undercover police officers and nearly beaten to death. Then the cops lie about it in court because they were unaware of the video. If you are ever on a jury, don't assume the cops are telling the truth.
If it can happen to someone like that in front of Coors stadium in full daylight in front of witnesses, it can happen to any one of us. - Polidoc, on 08/17/2008, -1/+14http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecc-45MrSNo
See this video too. Denver police are gearing up for high-level security during the Democratic Convention and the allied groups of Peace Protesters, "Recreate '68", has comments. Well produced. - Erich100, on 08/17/2008, -1/+8I was excused from jury duty about 10 years ago because I stated to the judge that I could not be objective until I heard the cops speak, in order to evaluate the truthfulness of their testimony. I have seen with my own eyes and ears cops lying in court.
It's even worse now. I truly believe the quality of law enforcement personnel has taken a serious dive in recent years. A sad state of affairs. - GovernmentSp00k, on 08/17/2008, -2/+9"Police detectives hit, kick and choke John Heaney."
Classy : ( "Your tax dollars at work" right. Why didn't the undercover "to protect and serve' brutality fetishist above-the- law thugs use their taser toys on him instead?
Of course, they will be let off the hook 100%, no accountability, excused of all wrongdoing, no criminal charges, no firings, no loss of income, no reprimands and likely given paid vacation leave for their "accomplishment" "protecting and serving" the people..
This comment is spot-on:
" When the Government fears it’s people, there is Liberty.
When the people fear it’s Government, there is Tyranny.
We now live in a tyrannical system of leaders. It isn’t coming, it isn’t forming, it’s here!
There’s all this talk about doing something, yet the damage and destruction are here and happening. Seems we missed the boat for change, wouldn’t you say?
FEMA Camps, Police beating innocent people, arresting anyone who disagrees, lies, deception, controlled government, controlled media, controlled schools, controlled health care, seems like their plans have come to bear fruit. Wouldn’t you say?
Yet, no one talks about the cancer that is killing or killed America. It’s not the Congress, it’s not the President, it’s not the Media, it’s not the Education System, it’s not Health Care, it’s not Religion, or any of the things talked about on here that have no bearing on the problem, or could ever change anything. They are only symptoms of the disease. Stop focusing on the symptoms.
The disease that has destroyed this country is the “Federal Reserve System” and it’s debt money ponzi scheme that has drained every resource of value, until we today only have debt that can never be repaid. The gold is gone.
Until you morons realize that 1,000 cops can beat 100,000 innocent people, and if you stopped every one of them, you would have changed nothing. Seems you don’t understand that.
Until this nation issues and controls it’s own currency, NOTHING WILL CHANGE !!
Learn that, and you will have changed a nation. As Henry Ford said: “it is well enough that the people of this nation do not understand the financial and banking system in this country, for if they did there would be a revolution by morning”.
But, you keep worrying about all the other non-sense issues that the Neo-Cons could care less about, and you’ll keep doing exactly what the bankers want. Wake up! " - brad3378, on 08/18/2008, -0/+5Looks like the victim has a good chance of retiring as a millionaire.
- inactive, on 08/18/2008, -0/+2We have to stand up against these pigs!
- radiantstorm, on 08/18/2008, -0/+2Thug mentality + the intoxication of power = police state.
- inactive, on 08/18/2008, -0/+2At some point we have to get in the mind set to defend ourselves and our fellow citizens from these beatings or it will certainly get much worse. That is a big step to take but remember we must hang together or surly we will hang separately.
