- rekrapt, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Initial warnings about what? Levee failures? That was the fault of the officials in LA and New Orleans... not the Federal Government. New Orleans had plenty of Federal money for levee upgrades and chose to spend it on "other things". They've been doing that for years.
