DHS tries again on divisive Social Security match program

mercurynews.com — AP: SAN FRANCISCO — The Homeland Security Department on Friday offered a lengthy defense of its proposed program that would force employers to fire workers whose names don't match their Social Security numbers, and said it would try again to have the rules enacted into law. Immigrants' rights are at question in a new era of 'national security'.

I once had an employee who I inherited when I became manager who disappeared with the night deposit one night. On checking his employment application, it turned out that he supplied a false SS number. Had I known that previous to him walking off with the deposit, I would have likely ousted him.

    Notice how America's cultural Marxists, the liberal left, tries to blur the line between "immigrants" and "illegal aliens". They write about "immigrant rights" as if those rights apply to ILLEGAL ALIENS. They don't.
