DEA Threatens LEGAL Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

canorml.org — In an attack on access to medical marijuana in the nation's second largest city, the LA DEA office has mailed notices to landlords of Prop 215 dispensaries warning them that they are liable to forfeiture and criminal penalties for allowing marijuana facilities on their property.

I hope this sparks new protests and suits are filed against the DEA for this *****... California choose to allow medical marijuana for sick people... Stop punishing the sick... DEA, how asinine can you get.

    Legalizing it, would be the best way to crash the DEA's party!
