It will require that the next president strip away their immunity, a move that will enrage the GOP or somehow getting Cheney and Bush out of the country unprotected where they can be tried for war crimes and atrocities.. I can't see Obama who has pledged to bridge the partisan divide between parties going after Bush and co, though he might want to and the later scenario is a flat out pipe dream. Face it, they did terrible things in your name. They will leave office far richer,powerful and comfortable than they entered. The only penalty they will pay is in how they're viewed through history, as the worst US administration ever. Of course, if the Republicans go all out after Obama like they did the last Democrat that tried to get along with them, then maybe Obama takes the gloves off......
